The food is always cold and old. I requested to have my wedges remade because they were cold and they threw the same wedges in the grease and tried to give them right back to me. I had to have a manager correct the food for the third time. I included a picture of the old veggies sticks they gave me. This place is horrible.

Ordered for 6:15pm. Didn’t get my order until 6:45pm. I went in to pick up, and the cashier made me feel like it was a bother to get my order. No sense of urgency whatsoever, and no apologies for my order being 30 minutes late coming out. Food was ice cold when we got it. Why was that when it took them so long to get us our food? I don’t understand. So disappointed in this visit!

Buffalo Wild Wings is a hit or miss place. I’ve had two misses and now I’m done. The food tonight was bad quality. They don’t check the food before they send it out. I had a wing with feathers still on it. The wings were overcooked and it wasn’t even close to being saucy. As I was leaving I saw someone else with much better looking food than mine. The Smashburger, while I understand it’s supposed to be a little greasy it was super greasy.. we ordered cheese curds while they were pretty good, the amount that they put on the little tray, they should have given us a saucer. And of course tonight they were out of carbonation so we were not able to get any pop/soda. All they had to offer was water and alcohol and even the alcohol you couldn’t get a tequila sunrise because they didn’t have the orange juice.
The service of the waitress was good but everything else was Boo! With all the errors and all of that, did they offer anything off the the bill? Nope!
We had to pay $5 to get my granddaughter a beverage because she didn’t want milk with dinner, and they weren’t offering anything else but water. And again nothing off the bill. Not anything extra… nothing.

The waitress was very kind from the moment she took our order until the end of the meal. She did an amazing job and in fairness she did offer to ask them to remake the bacon burger and the potato wedges but I declined as it was late and it wasn’t necessary. That being said, the kitchen should not have sent out a bacon burger with these small bits of bacon on it; I’ve never seen it done this way. The wedges were cold and likely sitting for a while. This BWW is one of the few locations that is still crowded and is generally good but tonight was a miss.

Visited Buffalo Wild Wings to celebrate my nephew’s naval graduation. It was very busy, likely due to the event, so there was a bit of a wait. The wait was expected with the crowd, but the service was just average, not particularly attentive or remarkable.
The boneless wings were disappointing dry and lacking the juiciness I was hoping for. The burger was good. Overall, the experience was underwhelming. Nothing about the visit stood out as exceptional, and I’d think twice before returning, especially during peak hours.

Stopping in for a quick lunch, it is always a go to. Not so busy at lunch so there is attentive service. Food is very consistent and specials are great! Excellent wings and sauces. Love the pretzel bits with cheese sauce and honey mustard.

Saundra the general was working the The register she has a very, very, very bad attitude. She greeted every white customer that came in before me didn’t speak to me for no reason at all. I had to cancel my order because I placed it 40 minutes before I got there and she has an attitude because they’re backed up, which is not my problem. I’m the customer I paid. I have no more time on my lunch. Break to wait for this order. She has a very bad attitude. They should definitely Look into getting a new general manager My fault your staff didn’t show up

While the food was good, the service was not. It took forever for the waitress to come even introduce herself and take a drink order. She never came back to ask if we needed anything else after our food was brought out, nor to ask if we needed any additional drinks, etc. We were literally the only table in the whole section. The remaining patrons were all seated at the bar.
