I ordered in the drive thru they acted like they couldn’t hear me and kept asking me to repeat myself in a certain tone but I’m keeping my cool I asked for a spicy deluxe and the food was warm 6/10. But when I checked my bag they forgot my sauces so I backed up and asked nicely and on top of that I was the only one there .. I asked the white girl with black hair and black glasses for my sauces and she just closed the window and I peeped her facial expression, another young man handed me the sauces (I did payed for them bc I don’t mind) . I recently stopped by the McDonald’s location on Riverside, and I have to say, my experience was excellent. The food was fantastic; the Steak and Egg Biscuit I ordered was hot, fresh, and perfectly prepared—a solid start to my day.
What really stood out was the customer service. They informed me they were out of the Frappe I initially wanted, but the employee was quick to offer a generous solution, providing a large Iced Coffee in its place. This kind of thoughtful, proactive service is exactly what keeps me coming back.
The team here is efficient and clearly focused on customer satisfaction. Highly recommend this McDonald’s!

Please get more workers in store. Waited 20 mins before order was taking. If you go in drive thru it’s faster but not much they take your order and take your money and pull you down. This is not a fast food restaurant this is hope you get your food

Went in this morning to the counter and a employee came out and asked me did I want to place a order and I said yeah, he then took me over to the kiosk and going to teach me how to use that and I said Iam not fooling with that thing and left…I don’t plan on using that kiosk because employees are supposed to wash their hands but anybody comes off the street and uses this thing and I don’t want to work for McDonalds…besides there is Hardee’s Burger King Biscuitville just down the street. Then they email me for more information and don’t provide a case number so it looks like they are addressing this…Phoneys. Hello…happened to me again this morning…2-14-26 when I went in they were taking a man’s order and it was two people on the kiosk so I got in line then the worker went to fill orders and came back and told me that I had to use the kiosk after they had just taken a order…and I walked out.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that for more advance bowlers I would like to see the lanes better maintained for open bowling. Bring a plastic ball if you hook the ball at all

My Dad went to the Piney Forest Rd. location twice just to get the two Big Mac meals that were suppose to be up sized to large. He ended up with medium fries that were half full. Then when I called to ask for the manager to let them know about the problems and how they treated my Dad. The young girl said she was the manager she told me I would have to talk to the morning manager and slammed the phone down and now they won’t answer the phone.

i asked for no ketchup on my burger & there’s ketchup on it, & also i asked for no ice in my drink & it’s like they put extra in there, & when i went in there to pick up my order the employees were just staring at me not doing anything. they don’t have good customer service.

All of the employees were standing around while I waited several minutes at the front counter to pay for my order. A couple of the employees looked at me and then just turned away. I asked for some fresh fries and when they came up, I looked around like they did not know where they went. Best McDonald’s has really gone downhill recently
