I had a genuinely great experience at this Wendy’s, the kind that reminds you why the chain has stayed a favorite for so many years. From the moment I walked in, everything felt clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff greeted me right away with an easy friendliness that set the tone for the whole visit. They seemed engaged and attentive, not just going through the motions, and that alone goes a long way.
My order was taken quickly and accurately, and the food came out surprisingly fast for how fresh it tasted. The fries were crisp, the potato was hot and well assembled, and the produce actually looked bright and fresh instead of tired or wilted. Even the drink station was tidy and well stocked, which is something you notice only when it’s not done well elsewhere. It felt like a team that actually cares about the quality they’re putting out.
What impressed me most was the overall consistency. Every part of the experience lined up with what you hope for in a fast food stop but rarely get all at once: clean dining room, friendly staff, fresh food, and a smooth flow from start to finish. No hiccups, no hassle, just a truly solid meal that exceeded expectations.
Five stars for delivering exactly what fast food should be: quick, fresh, and reliably good. I’ll absolutely be returning to this location.

If I could give 0 for service I would. Ordered 45 minutes ahead and still waited somehow 20 minutes at the window of the drive thru. The 2 working there need to find a new job because it clearly is too much for them.

I go to Wendy’s often for breakfast but sometimes I like to grab an Apple pecan salad. Normally food quality is good for a fast food restaurant but this time I got an apple pecan salad and the chicken was overcooked hard and in 1,000 tiny pieces (which were not at all easy to pick off) the chicken was the size and almost the texture of bacon bits you typically get out of a bag from the grocery store.

If I could give 0 I would. Sat in drive through for 30 mins and as a manager in a fast service place that is absolutely unacceptable… the woman in the window didn’t even speak to us and practically threw the bag of food at me. On top of the horrible service experience ALL of our food was ice cold, and I live quite literally 2 mins away from the store so I know it wasn’t the ride home that made them that cold and they gave us one singular sauce and it wasn’t even the sauce we asked for. Very disappointed.

Cashiers and drive thru staff are amazing. Kitchen staff need to be retrained or fired. The food they prepare and push out to customers is a joke and honestly infuriating.

Spicy chicken sandwich made me very sick and have been on the toilet for 2 hours. Don’t order it! The inside of the restaurant is the least bit inviting, looks like you’re eating in a hospital.
