My husband and I wanted to try a new Argentinian restaurant in broward and after reading the reviews, we decided to go to Alta Vaca Grill on Nova Drive, Davie. We first called and made reservations, as the site suggested we do. I spoke to Serena, which was extremely nice. When we arrived at the restaurant, they had our table reserved with my name. We were lucky enough to also have Serena as our waitress, which was a plus for the experience. For starters, we ordered the blood sausage. We then ordered our main coarse. My husband ordered the skirt steak, with mash potatoes , a spring salad, and a sangria. I had the skirt steak with white rice and a house salad.
Everything was so delish!!! Great flavor, cooked to perfection. Hands down, the best skirt steak ever.
Not only was the service great, but the meal was amazing.
Definitely recommend Alta Vaca for a great experience, but mostly, for s perfect meal.

Style and Calligraphy
We visited Alta Vaca and tried the milanesa napolitana and the Alta Vaca — both were absolutely delicious! The atmosphere is amazing, cozy, and vibrant, and the service was really good. We had a great experience overall. Thank you! Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Side dishes were to little for the bbq for 4 . That dish looks for 2 🙁 but it is ok .

Sister introduced me to this spot a couple years ago while in town visiting and it has been a great experience every time. I try to stop by every time I’m in town, love the Argentinian skirt steak, just very juicy and flavorful, also has a subtle smoky flavor that just kicks it up a notch. Love their mash potatoes and passion fruit dessert as well (which may be seasonal), always love coming here.

Wonderful Argentinean restaurant located in Davie. Some friends recommended it and we came to try it. The service was great (they charge a service-tip fee) and the food super authentic! We ordered a “alta parrillada” and added mollejas, with two sides: salad and Russian salad. The parrillada had everything and the meats were cooked to our liking! We had an “almendrado” which was as I remembered it from any restaurante back home. The price is reasonable too! We will try “milanesas” next time. Highly recommend this place!

It was our first time trying Argentinian food. We ordered the steak platter and it serves a family. The steak was cooked right and the flavors were spot on. Shoutout to their service, our hostess took care of us really well. A must try when you are in South Florida

I had a wonderful experience here. The space is charming and inviting, with great music that added to the atmosphere. Every dish was amazing. The coconut lemonade was phenomenal—perfectly balanced, neither too sweet nor too acidic. The empanadas were fresh and flavorful, and the churrasco was cooked beautifully. To finish, the mousse de maracuyá and coffee were the perfect ending to an excellent meal. Highly recommended.

Food is good. But let’s get to the downside. 14oz skirt steak with fries and Diet Coke over $60 (mandatory 18% tip included). Outside seating nice but cigarettes smoking is allowed so while you and the family is enjoying the delicious meal you have to inhale the cigarette smoke from the people next to you.

Quiet neighborhood restaurant near the NSU campus. No sports games on tv.

One of the few places doing authentic gaucho on a coal barbecue. It gives the meat a special flavor.
The shared prime platter was enough for 3 people and the sides were very well executed too.
But my favorite part was a frosty mug to go with a cold Quilmes.
Highly recommend checking this place out.
