I would’ve given the food 5 stars but the “special” item i tried – the Lobster Mac and Cheese just smelled fishy to the point where I almost didn’t eat it. I’m glad I did because it was tasty… but I can picture someone being turned off and not eating it.
Side note: the Citrus Punch is excellent and they need to keep that on the permanent menu.

I was eating at your White Marsh restaurant today. There was a Panera employee wiping off tables next to us. She suddenly sat down looking very pale and short of breath. We ask if she was okay and she said no, that she was sick but couldn’t get anyone to cover for her. Since we were finished eating, we got up to leave. But I realized that this was not right, that a sick employee should not be working around people, especially in food service. I went to talk to the manager and his answer was, ” she has laryngitis”. Nevertheless she could be coming down with the flu or covid. I felt like he blew me off and couldn’t have been less concerned. Another woman heard me and said she saw the same employee. I like Panera and go there often. Based on the manager’s rather cocky response, I will never be going back to the White Marsh location again.

I ordered a Green Goddess Chicken Cob Salad. I had to wait for it to be finished even though I was notified that it was done. When I got to my hotel and went to eat my dinner, there was no chicken on the saddle. While they admitted that I had placed the order correctly and they removed the charge from my bill, that did nothing to get me the dinner I ordered and expected. Two thumbs down.

Girl at the front was so sweet her can’t remember her name but it started with an A! However the girl with curly hair actually making the food looked at me like I ended her ducking bloodline when I said she forgot my drink. Had to wait a full 2 minutes for her to finish talking about her tattoos for her to even look at me. But girl at the front was still great

I sat at a table that already had trash on it, so not a good start. The chicken soup was ok, but the chicken was overcooked and fell apart too easily. The chicken sandwich bread is not good. The one side fell apart completely, and it was a mess overall. My apple had splashes of either soup or some kind of food on it. Not sure what happened to this place, but it has definitely changed, and not in a good way!

I recently picked up an office breakfast for 10 people from Panera and was sorely disappointed with the quality. First, I noticed that the yogurt parfaits I ordered were two days past the expiration date! The yogurt inside was visibly off, with an odd texture and smell. It’s incredibly disappointing (and honestly, concerning) to see expired items served.
The pastries weren’t much better – some were stale and had a noticeably hard texture, which made me wonder how “fresh” they really were. I know Panera bakes items the night before, but this batch tasted like it had been sitting around much longer.
To their credit, the manager did refund my money after I explained the issues. However, I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon. This experience was embarrassing for me, especially since I was trying to provide a nice breakfast for my office.

Panera bread has been my go to place for many years I usually had the broccoli cheddar soup and chipotle avocado chicken melt. I’ve also been ordering spicy buffalo chicken melt. However, their new menu has replaced some items like the Gouda cheese. The taste and quality is just not the same for the sandwiches. The spicy buffalo chicken melt I just had is disappointing to say the least.

This Panera has been going down hill for a while now. It’s the closest one to me but I’ll find a different one now. I’ve had several issues with the Whitr Marsh Panera. Today was the final straw. My Mediterranean Veggie sandwich didn’t have any hummus or feta cheese and it had the peppers on it that I asked not to have on the sandwich. The poppyseed chicken salad…I couldn’t even eat it. The chicken looked like mashed potatoes and the fruit was bad. It was also warm like it had been sitting out for a while. Terrible food.

Ordered on Tuesday morning to be delivered on break open sandwich and no meat.I called the store immediately not uber didn’t want money back wanted what I paid for. The manager I spoke to really nice told me couldn’t refund because it was a delivery that was fine didn’t want money back wanted a remake.He told me to come back to store and ask for manager did that and the manager there that Friday morning was not as nice. He asked for receipt number that was fine showed my receipt showed picture of sandwich. Problem was he asked for number on receipt I didn’t see number tried showing him and maybe he could see number better than me he just gave me a blank stare like just get out of his store he didn’t say it but that was his vibe. He asked me question after question I answered it was like he wanted to argue.He asked manager name stated he didn’t tell me but it was Tuesday morning before Thanksgiving showed the manager Friday believe name was Gumbo something like that picture of my meatless sandwich he didn’t even look again looking at me like lady you are waisting my time. In all the years I patronize this store never felt like will never go again until then will never go to that location again.
