We ordered online a family meal, they only had dark meat, so they replaced the chicken the next day. Popeyes Chicken is always great tasting. Their employees were very helpful and understanding. DJ was kind and humorous and the lady that replaced the chicken made sure it was freshly cooked. 10/10 recommended.

I had given up on every going into a Popeyes based on the poor performance of the Fairview Heights and Shiloh locations. I was in the area and drove by this location. The young man on the speaker renewed my faith. Great customer service and efficient. Made sure my order was correct and the food was fresh! The only missing was a fork. I’ve visited this Popeyes twice in the last 2 weeks. Both times they were rude at the drive through. They want exact change or credit card. I think they’re running a scam. This time they got $.72 extra cents from me. I’m sure that goes into somebody’s pocket at the end of the day. Both times I didn’t get food at the drive through, both times they asked me to drive around and wait. Must do better, polite service is a must, give your customers their change.

First time eating at this location. I doubt we will be back. The sodas were warm. We went in at 12:30 and ordered chicken tender combos. Apparently they were still frozen but no one said anything. We sat there for 15 minutes first. Then, when we thought our food was ready, she called us over to tell us the tenders were still frozen. It was another 15 minutes of sitting before our food came. I wish I would have read the reviews first before going here. 30 minutes of waiting for fast food is a long time. Then, they forgot 2 sides. We were the only people inside when we arrived so it isn’t like they were busy. They also need a friendlier worker up front. She didn’t greet us or say anything while we ordered. She definitely didn’t want to be there.

This is another bad Popeyes restaurant. They were out of Coke, Dr. Pepper, pickles etc. What kind of restaurant is out of these items? A poorly run restaurant. When I went to sit down, the floor and tables were dirty….I was having 2nd thoughts about eating my food….So what do you think the kitchen is like? And you are eating that filth. The employees obviously do not care. This is one of the worst around. This was my 2nd time there in a month, and it will be my last.

The guy who took my order was respectful. I ordered a spicy wrap and apple pie. The gave me a regular wrap with only cheese and mayo. There was a hair in my food and my apple pie was freezing cold

Placed an online order, I showed up an hour later to pick up, was missing items, so I waited till they were able to finish making it. 10 minutes later an employee walked out with me food, and the other female employee at the counter was talking to him and allowed him the take it. Could it have been a mix up- maybe. But I had to ask for the manager and tell them they are going to fulfill my order or we can call the cops. They of course filled my order, but no apology, no remorse, and zero customer service. Maybe they don’t understand that no customers means no business.

We get there and the girl helping us in a bad mood.She’s filling the order while we’re ordering it , she acts annoyed that we’re even there. Just a continuously ask us again and again , what we were ordering because she’s already forgotten. Instead of ringing it up and having a ticket to look at. Every single table and there was dirty and the cooks from the back were coming and going from the back to the dining room with their coats on no one was washing their hands..
