What’s the point of putting in an order online ahead of time and then still waiting 18 minutes? And the best part? They didn’t give us any of our sides. This is the second time they’ve left out a large portion of the meal and I live 15 minutes away and they weren’t really busy. We’re done with this location.

It’s usually pretty good. We’ve gotten take out from here several times. This Wednesday before Thanksgiving I didn’t feel like cooking so we picked some up to bring home, got 3 thighs and 2 breasts. All of the thighs were spoiled. The minute you broke the crust you could smell it. How they didn’t notice the smell before they cooked them I have no idea. The breasts were fine but didn’t want to risk it. Might have been a one off and will try again but we will check before we get the chicken home.

I’m not sure if this woman was the manager or not but the service at this location was impeccable because of this woman! I’m not from the area and I have NEVER received service like I received from this location. When I tell you this woman went above and beyond, she really did!! And to top it off, the food tasted delicious!! Fresh, hot and delicious!!! Kudos to that older woman and her impeccable service!!

Chicken (spicy) was very dry, not juicy at all like usual at other locations I’ve been to. It’s also burnt inside and tasted bad, like they used old oil or something. Mind you I placed an order shortly after they were opened. Biscuits were bland. Only good thing was mashed potato.

8 piece chicken with 3 wings. If you need to replace an item it is good practice to inform the customer. Also an upgraded piece of chicken would be more appropriate. However the young lady at the window was very personable.

When I asked for fresh chicken to be prepared it was still raw in the middle. Rashonda the manager has a very dirty attitude and is very rude with the crew. At her last job she couldn’t do this right. She’s very disrespectful and needs to show some patience to her workers and her customers. I’m not coming back again. She needs to have her manager position take it away and giving a regular crew member position. She does not know what it takes to get in that seat she’s in right now. She has no respect for nobody.

Went through the drive through and ordered a #5, 3 piece chicken strip COMBO. I received 3 chicken tenders, no fries, no biscuit, no drink. Called back to advise and the lady cut me off and talked over me telling me “well that’s how she rung you up, 3 piece combo with 3 tenders only” She was very rude and ended the call abruptly with “uuuuuh ok bye” Why would I order off the combo menu if I was looking solely for 3 tenders?! Horrible experience, horrible customer service! I wouldn’t even rate them as a 1/5. Ridiculous and wouldn’t even hear me out on my complaint, much less make it right. The customer is always right but you’ve gotta be willing to listen.

I ordered through DoorDash. 2 classic chicken sandwiches, 2 apple pies and large Coke. When dasher arrived I noticed I was short my drink and 1 chicken sandwich. I called Popeyes to report it and was brushed off.
