Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

We don’t have Whataburger where I’m from, but my brother would not stop telling us to try it. And it’s not bad. The burger honestly tasted pretty fresh. Better than McDonald’s I’d say. It was funny to me that the fries are exactly the same as McDonald’s. Very yummy. Yeah if you haven’t ever tried Whataburger because you don’t have one near you, I think it’s worth it if you were already trying to decide between fast food places. It was $18 for a meal and a sandwich, the fries and drink were plenty to share since we could get a refill on soda.

i went to whataburger and i get a sweet and spicy bacon burger and i get halfway through eating it and i see this. For the price of this meal it should have been cooked correctly it’s sad to see what we’re giving out customers due to laziness.

Placed an order via the app for curbside, after 15 minutes of waiting I went inside to inquire about the order. Order was handed to me, I double checked the food and it was incorrect. They offered to remake it…which I was fine with. Until one of the employees made a comment about getting my order right…with me next to him. Manager did absolutely nothing. Another employee was very apologetic and tried to correct the issue

Went by this morning for breakfast. Ordered 2 sausage egg cheese burritos. Parked out front to eat, Good thing I did cause 2 bites in I noticed there is no cheese! No big deal, I take them my bag of food and say these were supposed to have cheese.
What I didn’t expect for them to add cold slices of cheese to a half eaten burrito and hand it back to me.. very unprofessional and inconsiderate.
I gave them 2 star because I got food in timely manner and it was a decent size burrito. They did not skimp which I appreciate.
But to top it off as I’m eating cold cheese I find a hair in the burrito. Definitely ruined my appetite and couldn’t finish my food! I cannot make this up so I took some photos to show what I went through this morning.

#25 breakfast meal. Absolutely annoying that I asked 3 times to make it easy sauce and it was a meal. Just got a regular butter chicken breakfast and it looks like extra sauce. No hash browns in my bag. So ibad to go back. And that line takes forever. So pissed Im late now.

You know whats great about this whataburger? That theres a McDonald’s 1/8 of a mile that doesnt take 35 minutes to get you your food when there’s only 1 car in front of you in the drive thru.

I’ve never had a bad experience that wasn’t handle, quickly and professionally. However, there’s a new lady who I’ve not seen up there long. I believe it’s Takiesha? She was so terribly rude. I will not be returning to this area until she’s no longer there. I’m not the first or last person who has had issues with her. She needs to learn people skills! She was aggressive, hostile, and her attitude was completely disgusting.
