I’ve dined here many times before and I must say, this was my best experience yet. IHOP has stepped up their menu, presentation and our server was fantastic being polite and courteous to our family at all times. Normally we keep it classic but the menu called us in for a beautiful turkey sandwich and jalapeño burger! (Has to get the extra patty)

Brooklyn was an outstanding server on a Saturday night professional, warm, and incredibly efficient. She anticipated every need before it was even asked, creating a seamless dining experience. Food was okay. Her upbeat energy and genuine care for the guests made the evening truly memorable. Brooklyn’s attention to detail and friendly demeanor set a new standard for excellent service. Highly recommend asking for her if you want your night to be perfect!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I came to eat and the server Raquel charge me on my card 3 times for 3 different amounts, she put in her tip of almost $18 besides the tip I had already left her, I was not notified about anything of the 3 different charges and the voids made, when I came back to the restaurant to ask an explanation and talk to the manager she said “that’s why American’s do not like Hispanic people here cause you are problematic and you stress out my clients” mind you she’s Venezuelan and the restaurant was empty and I was talking to the manager not her, she said I had a bad attitude and I was rude cause I came back to ask an explanation!!! I do not know if the use to do this with other customers but you can not decide how much tip you deserve, I am the one giving it to you and you can not charge my card for the amount that you want!! She was totally out of the place and rude to me when I told her that I didn’t understand why she didn’t notify us for the voids and charges, the manager really try her best to help me but with servers like that makes me do not want to come back ever again!!!! If you go and eat there make sure that they just charge you one time and is the right amount Cause sneaky people like her are working there!! Also I know that $18 is not something to fight for but is not the amount is the fact that she does this to people and just get away with it.

The only server on duty, (where was everybody??), was a teenager whose name started with “Y”… She was busting her hump!! She didn’t have time to stand still. She got the order right. Our drink glasses remained full. She was professional and pleasant. I don’t know what happened that she had to wait on every table alone, but somebody flubbed up. “Y” is one of a few employees that will work as she does without complaining. If y’all don’t pay her well and give her the recognition she deserves, another company will. And it will be your company’s loss.

Our server Brooklyn was awesome! She was very friendly from the start and very attentive. Our food came out hot and she even helped us with a special request on our fries. We will be visiting this location again and asking for her to be our server!

I had a great experience at the IHOP located at 1217 N Main St, Summerville, SC. The service was very good — the staff was friendly and helpful. The pancakes were fluffy, warm, and absolutely delicious. Everything came out just the way I ordered it. I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely be coming back!

Received great service during the busy season Christmas eve, everyone was very pleasant. When it came to food, and staff no complaints. Even the menu’s look better. They have new entres to choose from. My 3 star for the atmosphere is partially because of condition the floor and seats were in. Cleanliness and presentation is the most important for me.
