Bathroom and dining area was gross. We were one of the first customers of the day and the place looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for days. Makes me question quality of the food and prep area. The bathroom had a used latex glove on the floor, all garbages and filthy walls. They need to higher someone to clean.

Could not tell you how many Culver’s burgers I’ve had over the years. No issues here. So, I ordered a double cheeseburger here. When I received my order I only had one patty on my burger. I went back in and vocalized my dispute. I then got a burger patty in a box. This was peculiar. I did however return to my vehicle and addedbthe second patty to my then single burger and thus didn’t have any problems. Wasn’t charged for the single patty in a box so, really, no harm-no foul. Won’t keep me from returning.

Got take out yesterday and was very disappointed. I waited in the pick up area for 15 minutes past my designated pick up time, the hot food was cold and the ice cream was melted. They forgot my root beers and I waited another 5min for this to come out, and they were wrong. There was supposed to be a regular root beer with ice and one diet without ice. Neither had ice and they weren’t marked. Because my mom is allergic to diet soda I had to throw one out, we couldn’t take a chance. The chicken tenders were mushy textured, the rest of the food was fine but cold.

genuinely the worst culver’s i’ve ever been to. regardless if i go inside, go through the drive thru, order through doordash/uber, it doesn’t matter. every single time i have ordered here they mess something up. one time it was the wrong toppings, minor inconvenience, nbd. one time they forgot my onion rings, okay. more annoying. one time i ordered in the drive thru, and had to literally scream at the order taker because she couldn’t hear me, i understand that’s not their fault, but Culver’s as a company should fix that issue for them. another time i had ordered a cooler & they gave me an entirely different drink. this time, i ordered on doordash, they don’t have a root beer float option, so i got a root beer & a pint of vanilla custard so i could make myself one while im at home studying. order arrived: no drink. no custard. they sent the guy w my burger and called it a day. AND the burger was cold. like not even a little warm. thankfully doordash is nice and gave me credits so im not out on the money i spent. but its just ridiculous that this keeps happening. it seems like the employees there have little to no training & not a care in the world. i understand a lot of the employees are probably teenagers/young adults, but there’s grown adults there who are supposed to be training them, no?

I love Culver’s but this was the worst order I had , I ordered a grilled onion single butter burger , it didn’t have no mayo no lettuce no nothing just dry burger , I think I should just stick on the other Culver’s by highway 10 , since these one people don’t know what they’re doing!!! Before I forget it was cold after a 5 minute drive don’t get me started on how sick I felt afterwards!!!

The food was good. But it was busy at the drive thru. Had to wait for our food for about 10 minutes. Like many others waiting in line. I guess you need to expect this since everything is cooked fresh.

Put in a curbside order and the order was not brought out after responding “here” to both the email and text. Waited for 10 minutes past the time it said it would be ready and went through the drive through, to which they told us to come in. Went in and after all that the ice cream is half melted and the order was wrong.

I gave a lower review because they bost a 10% discount for veterans. I go to places like this because they appreciate our service. But the compi item was because they charged me for a fry last time I didn’t get. According the this math of a 10% discount my final bill before taxes should have $15.58 but it was $24.55 is this what they call new math. And the young woman taking the order said she can’t fix it the computer doesn’t let her change it. I believe I should find some place that stands behind what they say about veterans discount.

After a long day of outdoor spring cleaning my family and I had decided to splurge on Culver’s as a treat. Upon entering the facility, the staff didn’t great us, and many were standing around chatting. After ordering we proceeded to try and find a table to sit at with our number while we waited for the food. Sadly every table was dirty with smeared food or garbage all over the floors. Then we went to get our drinks and there was again garbage and ketchup all over the condiment area so you couldn’t set anything down without it getting dirty. We ended up having to clean a table ourselves just to sit. It was only 6:45pm on a Saturday.. to top it off most of the fries and cheese curds we received tasted like fish, which resulted in us throwing them away. My husbands mushroom/Swiss burger didn’t seem cooked all the way, also thrown away. Of the $40 dollar meal we pretty much threw it all away except our drinks.. We don’t eat out very often so we we’re pretty bummed that it was such a disappointment.
