Congrats on breaking someone that never complains publicly. Your service is trash and offensive. The level of exasperation and strain in your voice to take my drive through order was shocking. I know it’s the service industry, so the fake smile is standard, but I guess I and my kids didn’t even deserve that much. I must compliment your headset tech. It’s so clear and crisp, that we can hear the people in the background say “oh my god” when I got confused about a menu item. I took it stride, that one was my fault, probably deserved it. I settled at their suggestion, because I’d rather avoid confrontation. Then, as they always ask “is there anything else” BEFORE I can complete my next sentence, the second “oh my god” came from the person taking the order. In my shock, I tried to rush and order salads. But it was clear that I wasn’t gonna make it to the frostys without additional comments or huffs or aggressive tonal changes. So I’ve done what Ive never done before, canceled my order, told them I heard their comments and their attitude offended me. Drove to their window and asked for the manager. Manager didn’t even have the decency to talk to me. (Redacted name), if that”s her real name, at least train your crew to mute the mics like every other restaurant does. Trash service. Disrespectful. Disgraceful leadership. Never been treated this way before. Used to frequent this location 4 – 6 times month.

We had two amazing experiences ordering the same thing over two days. The young staff members who took our orders were incredibly friendly and polite. They made sure our orders were checked and complete, and everything tasted fantastic!

After 3 bad experiences I am forced to leave my feedback. Bad experience #1: came to the store on a Tuesday around 2:30pm, driveway was busy so I went inside. One person in front of me. Took 10 minutes for the cashier to put in an order of a burger, fries and drink. English was is her first language and it wasted MUCH time. Someone walked up to the counter before I could order and said their entire order was wrong. I left. Bad experience #2: me and another car was in the driveway one Sunday morning. They ordered, I ordered. I was told my total was $6 at the speaker and $7 at the window. I asked which one and she confirmed $6 but charged my card $7 and when I asked for a receipt I got someone else’s receipt. When I asked for a refund she just handed me $3 cash. I left. Bad experience #3: pictures are included. I do not know why the cinnamon pull apart has a quarter size frosting plopped over to one side and why my biscuit has black spots all over it. Was it dropped on the floor? Was it slid across a dirty counter? I AM OFFICIALLY DONE WITH THIS LOCATION. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MINEY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I visit this location every day, but lately I’m not sure what is going on. They are consistently out of basic items—no potatoes, no chili, no sauces, no cup holders, and no beverages such as Coke or Dr Pepper. I’m not sure if they are having issues receiving their deliveries or if there has been a change in management, but this has been an ongoing problem and has made my visits frustrating.

paid and got my drink with no straw, sure would have been nice to have a drink while waiting for my food. I ordered extra tomato on my chicken sandwich, the 1 slice i got was so thin u could see thru it.
no lettuce so I had to go inside to ha e them fix it. I love Wendy’s and drove 3 miles to get this meal. so said they ha e fallen so far

Horrible customer service, they ignore you, very cold, no asking you if you need help, they always avoid being near the counter so they don’t have to help and are more focused with drive thru than dine in customers.. no smile, they’re so miserable there and it shows, they need a morale boost

They need to change the grease on their fries. I’m so livid! All I wanted was fries but of course you have to order more via Uber eats. Spent damn near $20 and the fries were inedible. Incompetence at its finest.

Friendly staff, fast service and consistent quality.
Don’t always have time to come in to fast food establishments, coming in to this one was a pleasant surprise. Dining area is kept very clean..lots of seating area.

The Double Deluxe combo $11.79+tax was average for a fast food joint. Limpy fries on this visit.
However bathroom lacking any paper towels nor air dryer, soda machine out of ice and Wi-Fi does not work indicates lack of attention.
