I have been to this location a few times and love it over the other location in Buford. The hostess is always welcoming and they always ask if it’s your first time there, if you are celebrating anything in particular during this visit and if you are a rewards member. I love when they ask this because I feel more valued as a customer. I have never gotten that at the other location. The server even ask if you are a rewards member and if you are they will ask for your check in code from the app so you can earn points. They are very thorough and polite. The restaurant is always clean and never too loud. I really enjoy this location.

Onto the food: I ordered their gyoza for an appetizer and it is so delicious, I also love the dipping sauce that comes with it. For my entree I ordered their spicy chicken ramen (mild) with bok choy instead of spinach. I love their bean sprouts that come in the ramen and adding the bok choy adds a nice touch to this dish. The temperature and taste of the ramen are always on point and I truly enjoyed my dish.

I always come back to this location for their great service, delicious food and relaxing atmosphere.

Junta turned out to be a good experience. I sat at the bar and Eri was very attentive without being intrusive. First, the smoked Old Fashioned was a pleasant surprise and the Jinya bun was awesome. I got the tonkotsu black, which I found very good compared to other ramen restaurants. The pork was soft and the broth had good depth of flavor. When I got there the staff was a bit loud, but the restaurant was empty. By the time I left it was nearly full, so I will give it a pass. Definitely a good value.

Definitely one of the best ramen franchise spots in Gwinnett! You can’t go wrong at any of their locations! The ramen hits everytime and be prepared for however spicy you may like it. Service is great with the food even better! My buddies and I love JINYA! Highly recommend!

Truly some of the best ramen I’ve ever had. I was so delightfully surprised at how well developed the flavors were for a chain. The vibes are little sportsbar chain for my liking but nothing offensive. The waitress told me their chili paste hot sauce was made in house and it was delicious. I will definitely be returning for another bowl!

This time Jinya failed. Started with the hostess wiping her mouth after eating as she handed me my to go order. Raw salmon smelled strongly enough that I could not eat it, cilantro wilted. Broccolini was sad. Side salad with ramen was a small amount of spring mix… I’m sure they throw away that amount of salad many times in a day. And I got shorted on broth this time. Would not recommend this location

Terrible service. Go to a different location.

This location is setup extremely weird.
There is plenty of area but you feel like you are sitting in corridor or the storage next to a toilet. No lighting on many tables.
The whole place feels grim and dingy.
They do not have the condiment tray at any of the tables like Jinya usually has at most locations.

The host deliberately tried to seat us next to the restroom with three other tables available and then argued that the other tables were for 4 people while the table he tried to seat us next to the restroom was also a 4 seater table.
Why have tables next to the toilet door less than 6 feet away

He seated another couple next to the toilet with the 4 seater table, despite another empty table away from the toilet.
Something is seriously off about the staff, that they do this.

Meanwhile another waiter rolled the cart away from the tables through the restroom corridor to the back for dishwashing.
Weird setup.

Our waiter was extremely impatient and left within half a second of handing out the menu and visiting our table each time. He did not even let us complete our orders and kept running away saying I’ll be back each time.
They were just two more table dining when this happened. Whole place was empty.

It felt like our presence interrupted him while he was on a very important meeting.

He forgot to punch in our appetizers.
He forgot our forks and desserts.
Everything had to be asked twice.

The main course arrived without the appetizers.

He forgot to get us the toppings we ordered.

Other waiters helped us with the things he forgot and apologized for his mistakes while this person did not bother and gave us a bad attitude despite his mistakes.

He forgot our dessert and then got us the wrong one. Serious incompetence.

Toppings from the menu were missing on every other visit to this location.
The broth was watery.
Toppings were skimpy.

They do not substitute the missing toppings and will charge you full price.

They will ask you pay to for any toppings despite missing many that should come with the ramen.

2.79 for 4oz of spinach! What a rip off.
A 10oz bag costs $2 at Kroger.
The spinach was smelly too.

Jinya should change their pricing for basic toppings that are easily available and not a speciality ingredient.

Franchise locations should not be allowed to set no substitution rules when they do not have ingredients available. They should at the least inform before hand of this policy when they do not have ingredients.

Alpharetta location has excellent service.
The food tastes much much better and vibes are nicer.

Train your staff better.
Duluth has several asian restaurants in the vicinity.

Nobody wants to be ripped off and treated badly while being charged upscale prices for bad ambience and terrible service.

Nobody wants to sit next to the toilet.
Pretty sure it’s a health code violation.

I will not be dining at this place ever again after this experience.
I might not even go to a Jinya location with the bad pricing and policies.

I left a nice tip despite all this.

Sincerely hope they relocate and change their staff or shut down this location.

I had a great experience thanks to our server Ibe. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Our drinks stayed full, the food came out quickly, and they checked in at the perfect times without being intrusive. They also had great recommendations from the menu. Excellent service like this really makes the whole dining experience better. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Me and my boss stopped by here after a conference at Gas South for an early lunch. We were seated by their host in the dining area past the high top tables and the bar. Ava took care of us as our server and guided us through the experience because I’ve never been and have been wanting to try a lot of dishes.

The atmosphere here is cool and casual. The service is friendly and the dishes we got were delicious. I ended up having JINYA Tonkotsu Black as my dish, and looking forward to trying the other dishes when I come back to one of their locations

Experience was ok. The portions were quite small so prepare to order a lot for a decent meal. One thing to take note is that it is very salty. A lot of the orders are salty so ask for a lot of water. Service is decent. Not that long of a wait and atmosphere is chill.
