Update: the oily odor of the restaurant is unbearable. They stick to your clothes and you have to bear it all day long. They really need to update ventilation.
Really enjoyed my meal at Korean Tofu House! I ordered the spicy tofu soup, beef ribs, and bibimbap — all were flavorful and satisfying. The atmosphere is nice and clean, and the prices are reasonable for the portion size. Would definitely come back again

I’ve been here several times: each time I visit uw, Korean Tofu house is the place I must go. I often order Fish roe stew, which is hard to find in other Korean restaurants. For the free dishes, I really like the bean sprouts. I tried myself several times to make a similar one but always failed; green onions pancake is also my pick. Other dishes recommend: Gamjatang, bibimbap, seafood and green onions cake is pancake(if you don’t like spicy) and kimchi pancake. Also the prices are super nice, 20-25$ per person(after tax).

We had a wonderful experience at this Korean tofu house. The soft tofu soup was absolutely delicious—rich, comforting, and full of flavor. The bibimbap was also amazing, with fresh ingredients and great taste in every bite.

Cute spot with tasty Korean food. I tried it a month ago and came back again. The ox bone soup was flavorful, garlicky, and delicious. Portions are generous, and the side dishes are great. Small space and usually crowded during peak hours. Metered parking available nearby.

Nice and warm Korean restaurant. I feel like their food is as awesome as I can have in Korea. Definitely gonna come again!

I have been to this Korean restaurant in the University district for several years but today was my first time going there for dinner. Overall it was good. I loved the bibimbap and seafood pancake! My friend ordered the japche and he couldn’t eat it because it was too sweet. Lastly, it was so hot in the restaurant with no AC that it was hard to really enjoy our food. So we didn’t stay long and took our food to go.

Tried ramen and hot stone bibimbap today. The bibimbap had fresh veggies and crispy rice from the hot bowl, and the ramen was warm and comforting. Simple and satisfying meal.

Looks like a family run place. Cozy. Menu is QR code only. The waitress was not familiar with the korean names of the dishes so english only. Plenty of banchans.
Fish roe soup – soup base is good. Three pieces of fish roe sacs. One shrimp that is not deveined unfortunately. A few pieces tofu, few pieces tteok and zucchini. 2 clams.
Seafood pancake – super big! I love that it is crispy. The dip came is a take out plastic container for some reason. This makes it hard to dip and not very environmentally friendly.

Absolutely delicious. It’s been ages since I’ve been here and it’s just as fantastic as I remember. Braved parking near the Ave and it was worth it. Had the tofu dumpling soup and bulgogi hot pot and both were great.
