As someone who has run restaurants for over 10years this was sad……..We already had our appetizers for 10mins before we got silverware only because we got up to get it. Burger was raw when supposed to be well… the waitress didn’t remember anything untill 3rd time asked (edit) its been a week and no management reached out concerning a bad review that is legit… thats a bad sign, shows management and/or corporate dont care about customers reviews… look me up.. I really am a chef and general manager… this is soooo sad. I loved Applebee’s

Came here with a group of friends and we had the best time! Ashley was our server and she was so friendly and helpful. The restaurant had a super cozy atmosphere and the food was not only delicious, but also ready very quickly. I had a great time!!

Had a great experience at Applebee’s, and a big part of that was our bartender, Christina. She was friendly, attentive, and clearly knows what she’s doing behind the bar. Our drinks were made perfectly, and she made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. Even when things got busy, she kept a positive attitude and made sure everyone was taken care of. Service like hers really makes a difference and is the reason we’ll be back. Thanks, Christina, for such a great experience!

We got a card for Google review but it didn’t work, so here we are! Exceptional service! Our waitress, Taja, Taija Teja? I believe that was her name, was awesome and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. She knew the menu really well and shared her favorites. Her recommendations for the Valentine’s drinks and the new burger were spot on. When she brought the burger out, she made the name fun and warned us it was super hot. We weren’t planning on dessert, but she talked us into it and we’re glad she did! Her shirt said expert, and we definitely agree. She rocked, and we’ll definitely be back!

My husband and I came in tonight after a long day at work. We came in to the applebee’s in Carlisle. We wanted to have a good meal and a relaxed night, and since moment one we got in everybody was very pleasant. Our server KIM was wonderful. She was very polite and sweet, always stopped by to make sure we were ok, our food arrived and on time and hot. Amazing experience

Great experience! Christina the bartender was absolutely fantastic, friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit fun from start to finish. Drinks were spot-on, service was quick, and she made everyone feel welcome. If you’re sitting at the bar with her as your bartender, you won’t be disappointed. Will definitely be back!

We visit at least a few times a month. We always request Rebecca for our server. She is awesome due to her personality and efficiency. She is very attentive to her guests.

Came here for a late dinner and was not happy. Server had a great personality and had a full section, I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt seeing how busy they were, but after 40 mins of waiting for food our server said “I have no idea where your food is” and did not come back, also forgot my refill. Once they got the refill she stood in front of our table talking before bringing my drink. The manager then came over and said our ticket got “lost” in the kitchen, and said she was going to get it out as soon as possible. Which was a lie, our food was never rang in as I seen only our drinks and apps was on the bill until the manager came over.
