Everytime I order from here through DoorDash my food is ALWAYS wrong. They don’t know how to follow one simple modification to anything, they always leave out things from my orders even if I paid extra for them, and I have never ever received any utensils or a straw from them. This is how they treat delivery orders because when I walk in there to eat they always get it right but you can tell everyone hates their jobs so idk which is better anymore.

I just went through the drive through and got the lux box. I asked for extra beef and extra nacho cheese. Well the burrito was very small could fit in the palm of my hand.
Got a crunchy wrap supreme barely had anything in it. Then got 2 crunchy tacos one taco was just the shell nothing inside of it.

Everybody’s fast to share an opinion when it’s not the best ever but yet so many people to get good stuff don’t say something so I’m on here to say that on this day November 2, 2025 whoever is cooking on the night shift is absolutely amazing. I just got the chicken quesadilla with three hardshell tacos on the side Add tomato and all I can say is it was the best made chicken quesadilla as far as portion of food and everything could be concerned and I will give them a 10 star if I could hope they keep the good work up because I’ve been there many times in the past and I can say that maybe not every time‘s been great but this time definitely deserves a mention to give encouragement to be able to keep it up in the first place. Build each other up God bless.

Absolutely horrible and robbed of 20 dollars. They didn’t get a single item in my order right except the potato’s- and those were rock hard . Inside the store was filthy and to top it off the stupid person put their fingers all over the inside of my cup and lid and handed it to me. What an absolute joke and I will not let this slide. Health department and corporate will be contacted. The order name was Corey e if they need to look back on but they likely couldn’t care less. Acting manager was doing nothing.

I didn’t feel like cooking so we drove to this taco bell. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I ordered the three taco supremes. The three taco fillings combined would have barely made one decent taco. Im so tired of being disrespected by these fast food places that I decided to say something. I opened up one if the tacos to point out they forgot the sour cream….and half the meat. They kid apologized and they remade it. This time the manager made them. Ha, what a joke. All I could say is, if that’s who’s doing the training, no wonder the food is so skimpy. My husband asked me not to say anything! I said, we came out because I didn’t want to cook. I font want to eat this .1 oz. taco then go home and make dinner. Im tired of the lack of respect from the workers and managers for trying to serve food that isn’t worthy. Maybe if the corporate market hears this enough, maybe they step up and make things right. Shame on you manager!

Never going back to this Taco Bell again. I live in Georgetown, and every time I’ve ordered here, the food tastes like they’re using old ingredients. The portions are tiny,and smaller then they should be. Definitely the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to.

AVOID THIS ONE!! I have been to many Taco Bells in many places over the years, none of them were as bad and disappointing as this Taco Bell. The beefy 5 layer burrito had no beef or cheese. It was basically 2 layers. When I took it out of the bag, it felt as heavy as a soft taco. The crunchwrap supreme had no flavor. The Cantina chicken burrito was way smaller than normal, like a value menu version but it cost full price. The chips and cheese didn’t come with any cheese. The girl at the window didn’t say a single word at any point during my visit. Just handed me the bag and let the window close. I had to count the items in the bag to determine if she was going to open it back up and hand me something else, or if I could leave. Horrendous experience.

Taco Bell is about the same everywhere you go as far as food goes but in Georgetown their prices are inflated. I’m assuming because of Toyota Manufacturing which has drove the economy in Georgetown absurdly high. My order was about $30 more here than either Morehead or Mt Sterling, unbelievable.

This review does not speak of this specific Taco Bell, but of the the culture of all Taco Bell stores.. I ordered mt food at a kiosk, and then did not speak to a soul. My name was called and when I got to the counter, 2 drink cups were there, but no employee. My name was called a second time and when I arrived at the counter, whoever called my name had disappeared and a tray of food sat unattended there. Once the wrappers for the tacos were opened it was determined 3 of 4 of the taco shells had been broken. At the counter, there was no one to speak with to get this corrected, so we ate our broken, meagerly filled items and left without a hello – a welcome to Taco Bell – a thank you for visiting, or even someone to speak to to resolve our issues.. This is a sad state for customer service at a major food establishment.
