I did make the order for pickup but when I got here I was standing in the lobby for a while and they didn’t seem very busy but it took me awhile to even ask me what I wanted I was almost ready to call the restaurant to let them know that I was there which I probably should have done from my car so I wouldn’t have had to go in but that was not really nothing but not sure if just Applebee’s in general is getting Skeeter put the Washington one is going downhill with their portions weather for cheese mac and cheese honey pepper chicken dish which I love but it seemed like even last year it would fill the takeout dish they put it to go in as well as two breadsticks if I remember correctly but now they only give you one and the noodles only barely cover the bottom of the bowl and I ordered extra honey pepper sauce but if I hadn’t I wouldn’t really have any which in my opinion is the best part of the dish I hope it’s just corporate getting skeet and not just the location at Washington but I don’t think it is the staff’s fault from what I can tell but this is my second order and a close time frame put on the same restaurant but it’s been awhile since I’ve had Applebee’s so maybe this is how they do now definitely don’t feel like I got my money’s worth of food

Went this evening for my son’s 2nd birthday…. Awful decision. I walked in while my son and lady were in the car to get on the wait list. I was told there was no wait, I went to the car to get my little man and my lady and as soon as we walked in we were told there was a 20 minute wait. Okay whatever, put us on the list. After the wait we got seated, took almost 20 minutes to get our drinks. I ordered a chicken salad, my lady ordered chicken pasta, little man wanted Mac n cheese with fruit and yogurt, grandpa ordered a cheeseburger with onion rings. After waiting just over an hour for our food, little man was hungry and very upset so we went outside to calm down. Came back in approx. 10 minutes later still no food, little man was getting upset again. Long story short we waited over an hour and a half for that basic order. Will think long and hard before I ever come back.

First off the service providers were very nice. Sad that they had to service the most disgusting food I have ever tried! I had a pick up for a sick friend. We got riblets they had a bad taste undone and tougher than leather. So I took it back and ordered fish and fries. I got them back to her home not done greasy and the french fries were so seasoned it would had made you sick if you ate them. I took them back. They gave me a paper for forty dollars back on paper with restrictions. Really? I am giving it to my grandsons to get burgers are desserts. If they even wanna go there. I personally will probably never go back. Such poor quality of food. The manager was very nice. I would not want to be a server
and have to service that food. I am sure they have a lot of returns. So disappointing

I ordered curbside to go. Service was very fast and friendly. However, I quickly realized I didn’t get the drink I ordered. As I was eating, I noticed my salad had several brown/bad pieces of lettuce throughout. My dessert had a hair in it, and my side had dirt and something else inside the bottom of the container, which I didn’t find until I was almost done eating. I was disgusted, to say the least.

Tried a few months back and waited nearly 30 min after being seated for a waiter. Almost walked out.
Tried carside to go tonight. Ordered online around 6:25. Said pickup at 6:50 pm. Arrived on time, food wasnt ready until nearly 7:40. Called to complain, manager blamed corporate for estimated time food would be ready because of online ordering not aligning with stores capacity and offered gift cards. Older guy brought out food and proceeded to tell my wife that the meal wasnt scheduled to be ready until 7:30 pm even though online said otherwise. Didnt apologize for the wait, just walked off. Dont appreciate the snide attitude. Meal was missing side after getting home. The gift card is dine in only, but will probably end up in the trash. We won’t be back to Washington Applebees.

Went for a late lunch around 2:30 and had a great experience. The food was delicious and served promptly. The waitress was great and the restaurant was clean. Would definitely visit again.

Had lunch with my parents here. The place was bright and vibrant. Our waitress, Kacie, was very professional and friendly. I like the new menu with calorie information for each item. My burger, the whiskey bacon burger, was very tasty. It was large, so I couldn’t finish my fries. The fries were slightly less hot than I prefer, but they were not cold. My parents seemed to enjoy their pick 2 meals and onion rings side. I was hoping to get the sangria for $5 deal, but my parents were paying and I didn’t want to just add it on. Maybe next time. I enjoyed my experience and look forward to going again in the future.

It was all good in the neighborhood UNTI…no thanks! I’ll take my check. My husband and I were sitting at the bar and saw the bartender digging in the garbage. When we told the manager she said, “It’s only receipts.” We paid for our drinks and we’re comped the cold mozzarella sticks.
