Went thru the drive thru got 2 quarter pounder meals and a meal deal i get home the quarter pounders are both raw i go back and tell the person in the window that they were still raw and she just looked like we were bothering her and didnt care and had to explain it like 3 times we get our food redone i check one of the bugera it was okay i get home and the other one is pink in the middle less pink than the first ones we needed redone but still pink in the middle . And to top it off i didnt even get an im sorry my bad or anything she just grabbed the bag walked away came back and said nothing.

Wait was way too long for a fast food establishment. Waited 15 minutes at the call box just to order and once ordered, was told to pull ahead and wait some more. Gave incorrect change because they are playing the “no pennies” game.

Decided to grab McD’s after being called into work on the holiday. There was a line but they moved through it quickly until the worker started chatting with a customer in the DRIVE THRU line for over THIRTY FIVE minutes. The customer was lallygagging while smoking a joint. I stood in line out of legitimate curiosity and counted more than ten people leave the line. I eventually did too. Thanks to the FL Jeep (RRYQ74) and the McDonalds slower than time who ruined my ability to bring my sibling an apology Happy Meal.

We waited a long time for our food and when we got it the fish sandwich was room temperature at best and they got the order wrong. We asked for no tartar and ketchup instead but got tartar and ketchup. We will not go back here again.

Gotta make sure you get what you ordered through the the drive thru. I work overnight at Walmart and we take our break at 2 am the guy that takes the order does not like making coffee or if your orders say no tomatoes or pickles make sure you get what you supposed to..

As a former McDonald’s employee (not this one) I get during lunch it’s busy. However, they messed up everything. Forgot my drinks, forgot sauce. But let’s talk about the burger. The entire burger even the buns were covered in nasty grease. They clearly haven’t cleaned their grill in god knows how long. I had to throw the entire burger out. Wasted money for terrible service, food not made right, them not wanting to make a smoothie cause they had to open all the ingredients. Once again I know it was lunch rush. But the ENTIRE burger, bun, and wrapper were covered in DARK BROWN GREASE.

This place took too long to even get us to the order screen. Only to have a order taker with a bad attitude. Rude and short. How does McDonald’s not have hot tea?. I ordered fish with Extra pickles I got the standard two with two cold large fries. Since the food took literally more than 3mins why is it not fresh hot and correctly made!. Then the rude cashier at the window puts a cold lid on a hot cup full of steaming hot water and got an attitude when asked for a hot cup lid. As if shes paying for it with her check!. But y’all want $15 and hr. This is why we have so many moving forward with tech!.. By far one of the worse customer service experiences I’ve had in a while!. Never even offered Bbq! . I’ll be bringing my fish back for a remake! The last pic is my remade old fish. I hate giving bad reviews
