Usually the food isn’t bad at this location. Called the manager Cody and he was awesome! Just be careful getting the flatbreads. Not cooked and very doughy. I was informed they are outsourced and not from their regular company.

3rd visit in a year, and yet again, they can’t manage to put all the food I paid for in the damn bag. After the last two trips I ordered extra chicken taco Supremes as a just in case, good thing, or the daughter would not have had food. I mean, how hard is it to put the food in the bag.

The restaurant staff is just as cold as the restaurant. It’s 38° outside and the AC is going full. Asked the “manager” about it and he just blew us off. The food was hard, dried out and asked to be remade twice just to get fresh quality. Three males addressed themselves as managers but need to go back and take classes on customer service. We witnessed a few customers walk out as they were never helped at the counter.

Took my son to Taco Bell for lunch on his birthday. His choice. They wouldn’t let us eat inside because they were short staffed so we didn’t see our food until we were back home but we’re not too far away. Pulled out my first section of beef quesidilla… no beef. Pulled out the second section, still no meat. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I was assuming it all slid to one side maybe but as I opened it, it didn’t look like enough to share the whole space. Tried to eat my “crunchy” taco and it was soggy and fell apart in my hands. Super disappointing. My son’s food wasn’t very good either. He had a “crunch”wrap that wasn’t crunchy and “crunchy” tacos that weren’t crunchy, including the 2 Doritos Locos ones. Ugh. I guess I have to do better for his Birthday supper.

Sucked stood at the counter for 5 minutes while everyone hid and played on there phone so I had to use the kiosk. never used one before so there was another 5 minutes to figure it out. It’s hard to find anyone who is so courteous in fast food, but they were. If your company offers any bonuses and/or other recognitions then I’d like to nominate Max and Aiden for them.

Terrible experience at this Taco Bell in Fort Wayne last week. The manager, who has neck tattoos, is extremely rude, lazy, and unprofessional. The staff avoids the front counter and neglects the dining area and trash removal.
