We ordered inside at the kiosk and It took 26 minutes to get our food. When I informed the manager how long it had taken and that I was going to be late to work but had to feed the kids all she did was shrug her shoulders. We also didn’t notice until after we had left but we never got our drink cups . And the fries tasted old .

Don’t go there at night. You won’t get what you order and it will take an hour. Unless you like burgers that look like they threw a bunch of stuff together (complete with 2 bottom buns), then skirted ketchup on the wrapper before wrapping it up or cold food. If you like that stuff then this is the place for you.

Ordered a double qtr pounder and large fry in the drive thru, was asked to pull forward and wait. Waited 50 minutes before going inside to check on my order, and was completely ignored by every employee for another 10 minutes, while listening to them swearing and complaining about their work and their management. Finally got my food and it was cold, the fries were ugly and smelled of dirty grease, and not even completely filled. Will not be returning to this location.

Well rude customer service. Guy at window making sexual gesters at another employee got told to park. pull off to the side after 10 mins got our food. Looked in the bag didnt get all of our order. This place really needs to get it together

Very disappointed with this McDonald’s. Ordered breakfast on the app for the drive thru 10:10 got there at 10:20 waited in line for 10 minutes got to the window and had rude customer service from an older lady from the speaker. It was 10:30 exactly and she said I had to be here to pick it up even tho I was here in line waiting.

They are really slow, even if you go in, but it’s even worse if you go through the drive-through Customer service is really rude. You get your food like 20+ minutes later No scratch that 30 minutes later I only go there because it’s the only location in town. It’s the slowest restaurant or fast food chain. I’ve been to it sucks and their customer service is rude. You go In to order you look at the back and it looks like they’re struggling yeah very slow

They need to hire more people to work all shifts and stop pulling people to the side and taking over 15 mins to bring the food to the customer. Ever time I come to McDonald’s in independence i always get pulled for more then 10 mins it’s ridiculous how they have to pull people to the side over 2 mcchickens or McDoubles
