I never leave reviews, but tonight’s experience warrants it. It’s McDonald’s so my expectations aren’t very high to begin with, but tonight’s experience was terrible. First there was no ice cream which whatever, typical of McDonald’s. It took me almost 5 minutes to be acknowledged in the drive thru. Then he couldn’t hear anything I was saying, so I had to basically scream my order and then the worker coped an attitude with me and mocked me for ordering a happy meal. Then when I get to the 2nd widow, the guy threw my food at me. I asked if my sweet and sour sauce was in there and he said yes and slammed the windows shut. It was not in there so I had to tap on the window to grt his attention as he was in the middle of a conversation with his coworker. I don’t expect 5 star service, but getting my happy meal thrown at me is not cool. It made it an unhappy meal.

The food was the same as any other location. The restaurant is EXTREMELY dirty inside. I walked around and found stuff to clean our table and it had to be scrubbed as if it hadn’t been cleaned in several weeks. There are signs at the front counter that say to use the kiosk….no employees spoke to us from the time we got there until the time we left. I had to walk behind the counter to get someone’s attention for a cup for my meal. There were 6-8 employees sitting abound looking at their phones in the dining room and working behind the partition. There is no one greeting or tending to customers. We got our food quick and there were no problems with it. This location has ZERO customer service and no one keeping it clean.

McDonald’s is always reliable when it comes to quick service. The staff are friendly, attentive, and make sure orders are handled efficiently. I really appreciate the consistency in customer service and the convenience of their locations.
However, I feel the food quality could be improved. While it’s decent for a quick bite, it doesn’t always feel as fresh or flavorful compared to other options.
Overall, McDonald’s shines in service and convenience, but there’s room to grow when it comes to food quality.

I don’t understand how they can consistently get the orders wrong! It’s not that hard! EVERY time I’ve been here, something is missing or wrong. No one here has any work ethic! They don’t care about service.

This is a very average McDonald’s experience. What that means to me is the food is good for what it is, the service is reasonably quick, and the store and restrooms are sanitary and clean. This is one of the few remaining locations with an indoor playground which is a big plus if you have kids. Taking them for a happy meal and then cutting them loose there is a cheap way to kill an afternoon that kids will love.

I love my breakfast from McDonald’s in the morning! They are open at 5 AM! I’m able to pop in quickly, get my egg McMuffin meal, and sit in peace and quiet, while I read the morning events! The staff is always polite and courteous! Plus, it cost me half of what it would at Waffle House this time of morning!
