We’ve visited this Popeyes location several times, and unfortunately the experience gets worse with each visit. Service is consistently slow—even when we’re the only customers inside. Ordering something as simple as a chicken sandwich often takes more than 30 minutes, all while multiple pickup orders are completed ahead of us.
Most recently, on Friday the 28th, we arrived at 10:14 AM. The doors were locked, but we could clearly see employees inside preparing to-go orders and placing completed bags on the counter. The posted holiday hours on the door stated 10 AM–9 PM, including for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
At 10:30 AM—after watching us stand outside for 15 minutes—an employee finally came out to tell us, “We aren’t open until 11 today.” When I pointed to the clearly printed holiday hours, she simply said they were not up to date. These hours looked freshly printed, reflecting Thanksgiving week, so that explanation didn’t make sense. When I mentioned we had literally watched them preparing orders, she just closed and locked the door again.
This location has been a disappointment for a long time, and this last experience sealed it for us. We’re looking forward to the new Popeyes opening off Canon with a drive-thru, and will gladly go there instead.
Hopefully management takes a serious look at the issues here, because the inconsistency and lack of basic customer service are unacceptable.

Romina and Donna were extremely patient and kind to me as I tried to figure out using my app for the first time. They also were nice about getting me some sauce on the side when a lot of other restaurants make it hassle.

I NEVER TRIED “POPEYE’S” & TODAY I DECIDED TO TRY IT & MAN WAS IT A BAD EXPERIENCE!! THE SANDWICH WAS HORRIBLE AND THOSE MENU PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS! I PAID BASICALLY 13$ FOR THE CHICKEN SANDWICH MEAL , I ORDERED CAJUN FRIES THE FRIES WERE TRASH ! NO CAJUN FLAVOR AT ALL ! The fries were old and just thrown into the bag. The sandwich was just ok, usually the Popeyes sandwich is delicious. Way too much mayo. And it has the atmosphere of a hole in the wall. Not gonna come here again.

Waiting 8 minutes for a piece of chicken is not a big deal, but when you get a wing the size of a Cornish Chicken wing it is ridiculous. Never have I ever had a wing this small and for the price? Won’t do this again.
