I decided to get Burger King on my way home today and wasn’t disappointed. The lady who took my order was friendly and nice. The fries were hot and the burger was fresh, lettuce was crisp, tomatoes were good and plenty of pickle and onion. Excellent burger king today. It really hit the spot. Yay!!!

I never had a terrible experience here until last night, and it warrants a review. We stopped to get something small after traveling back from an event last night. We were asked to wait a few min at the speaker. No problem, I know staff is usually light late at night. We waited about 10 min and the person came on the speaker, asked if we were DoorDash. When we replied “no” he asked us to wait. Another 5 min (we were being graciously patient) and I told my husband to just leave. When we came around the corner, a vehicle was at the window and the employee was just talking to them. We went someplace down the road and when we left there, the vehicle was still sitting there at the window. Listen, I get wanting to chat with friends rather than work, but when you have customers, ask your friend to wait. It was incredibly disappointing. Fast food isn’t that serious, I know, but this situation was beyond ridiculous.

Everytime I go here, they make my order wrong and then tell me they won’t be fixing it. Don’t waste your time going to this Burger King go to another one. They also basically steal your money, I asked for cheese on my sandwich and it showed on the receipt that I added cheese I paid for it and all and they still wouldn’t fix it or just simply give me a slice of cheese lol. The employees here are eh and probably should be fired, they obviously don’t enjoy their job. This is definitely the ghetto Burger King of Lansing. & just in case a manager sees this, it’s your 3rd shift. Jan 8th 2024 around 8pm. Hopefully they just close this location down.

This morning I went through the drive thru to get my son and I something quick to eat , it was around 7 am , the lady working drive thru was extremely nice start to finish! She needs a raise and I’m unsure if she’s a manager but if not she need to be! Shes the perfect example of how all people need to be at their job no matter their position!!!

Terrible, I understand it’s fast food but it should be edible. Not a dried out burger pattie and a bun so moist that it stuck to the wrap while opening. Exactly why I eat at home lol!

Went thru the drive thru to order a kids meal and when I miss spoke and said happy meal the lady on the speaker corrected me and said “first of all this isn’t McDonald’s they’re not called happy meals and second of all it’s called a king meal. You can order a king meal burger not a happy meal this not McDonald’s” and I said uh okay I just want a kids meal I know this isn’t McDonald’s. And she CONTINUED to argue with me about it telling me I was being rude for being upset with her correcting me. I kept telling her that I’m not being rude when you’re the one trying to correct me like that. I don’t care what they’re called I just want a kids meal. We ended up having to drive away because she would not stop yelling at us I’m the speaker.

I order bacon burgers, I guess all bacon is disappearing by magic.I give up.They will mess up your order very single time. I just call them, the lady over the phone is really rude, and I guess they don’t really care about it. This is last time I ordered from here.
