It was very clear from the outside that the place wasn’t clean off since it was trays with full of food, even though the garbage cans were empty. My food was a bit salty specially the fries burger it was OK and so does apple pie.

Every time I come to this McDonald’s I get warm fries like they had them sitting out waiting for orders to be placed. Also, I just came from there and I ordered a five dollar McChicken value now and I asked my fries to be upgraded to medium. I was charged $9.48 and something told me to question it but I’m just so tired of coming home from work as I’m driving home from McDonald’s. I’m eating the medium fry and each to get nuggets and realize it was another fry. Smh never coming here again. Every time it’s something. I also realize she didn’t give me any napkins or sauce I ordered with my nuggets. Get it together smh

Very Good with situational handling. I ordered a curbside order because i’m a degenerate and got confused when the order was taking a while and after going inside to double check, they were very kind, all hardworking staff and I had wished i got the kids name who gave me my order because he even gave me a free item card for the inconvenience even though i was just curious about my order. Overall, the entire staff handled the evening rush well. Someone even tried to cut me off mid question because we all know how people get when food “takes too long”. Big props to staff and just simply being very kind and keeping themselves very well composed.

I work a late job so usually once or twice a week I end up here for some quick sustenance because its one of the only 24hr options in the area. It’s McDonald’s. WYSIWYG. If you’re me, you love it and always have.
The real reason I’m leaving a review is that I just want to say that the gentleman who works the window here on the overnights is one of the most professional and customer friendly employees I’ve ever seen working ever at any quick service establishment anywhere. We live in cynical times so it’s all the more impressive that he maintains a genuine salt-of-the-earth attitude on a graveyard shift at the Mickey D’s.
I just wanted to share my appreciation. All labor is dignified.

I go through the driveway multiple times during the week in the morning along with sometimes for lunch. Joanna always greets her customers with a big hello and smile. It’s so refreshing to start your day with a kind greeting and to hours later be shown the same pleasant kindness at lunchtime. Great employee who should be commended.

When I first unwrapped the burger from the thin, waxy paper packaging at 2:33 am, I was initially shocked. Then, I cocked my head to one side, took six steps back, squinted my eyes completely shut, and then I saw something in this McDonald’s burger tonight. The brave and bold stylistic choice to fold one of the patties completely in half before they decisively placed the final bun atop the sandwich. The cheese representing the chaos of life and how we are forced to just simply cling on. Sometimes, in life, it is not merely what you look at, but what you see.

Always have to pull to side drive thru area to wait for my order to be completed. This is an edit to my original review of having to pull to the side and wait. January 6 2023, absolutely the worst food experience I’ve ever paid for. Cold overcooked cheeseburgers on stale rolls, where the French fries and cheese were thicker than the burgers, a $4.79 large fry that wasn’t even full. Do they also only fill the large beverages halfway for full price. Should have gone for pizza or Chinese food for what I paid for horrible food without a drink. $13 and change for this! This establishment is now on my boycott list because every time I go it just gets worse.

“My recent visit was far from satisfactory. Manager Christina’s lack of knowledge about the McDonald’s app was concerning, especially when I was trying to redeem a reward. Instead of offering assistance, she seemed dismissive and rushed me through the ordering process, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. This lack of attention and poor customer service created a negative and stressful experience. I strongly suggest that McDonald’s invest in proper training for their management team on both app functionality and basic customer service etiquette. Every customer deserves to feel welcomed and valued, not rushed and dismissed.” UGHHHHHHH SMH
