Was 11:30pm Thursday evening after an event at The Coronado Theatre. Little over a year since I ate at a Wendy’s. Was excited about this visit!
Service wasn’t the best. No hi, how are ya or anything. That was a little disappointing. My son told me to just “let it go.” Food was decent. Nothing to write home about. Spent $30-ish on 2 Baconator meals. Great customer service is hard to find anymore.

when I received my food I asked the lady at the window if that was my whole order she said yes. I left and then checked my bag as I was arriving home and it was the wrong order. I go back and go inside this time and the manager asked for the receipt of my order I give it to him, he says he will remake it. He goes and “re-makes it” next thing you know I get to my house I open up the bag and he did not follow what was on the receipt. He gave me food but not what I asked for nor the ingredients I payed extra for. I would like a refund! I understand it can be busy or some orders get hand out wrong but messing up twice in a row after having to drive back twice is not acceptable!!!

Hit or miss, Wendy’s buns are supposed to be steamed at the time of the meal. They’re stale if they sit for more than a couple minutes. The meat is usually tough cold and over cooked. You get one ring of onion 4 tiny strips of lettuce, so basically no lettuce basically next to Zero of anything. It’s a joke and so old and gross. Whatever old nasty trash they have lying around on the prep table will go on the sandwich since they’re too lazy to use arms.

Person at the drive through was very unprofessional, snobby, and rude. Gave me the wrong order, no receipt. Went back to get my correct order and she has a very bad attitude. I will be calling corporate this was hands down the worst experience I’ve had. That includes working at wendys myself

One of the dirtiest Wendy’s I have ever been to. All of toilet paper was soaked and the bathroom walls were filthy. The burger was old and dry with barely any sauce on it. I will not be back.

I was there on September 16th at 6:30pm. Food was good but the sodas tasted watered down. And when i was sitting down trying to enjoy my food i over hurd a bunch of black people who was working there making some rachel comments tossed one of the white girls who was working there. All i hurd was” That white girl is probably lying and drunk!” And then i saw the white girl walking out crying “im on probation and in rehab.” In my opinion the white girl shouldn’t have been treated that way.

Pulling into the Wendy’s and seeing the long drive thru line was frustrating at first due to the fact I wasn’t expecting as highly of a service to be received, due to other fast foods within the areas such as McDonald’s, Burger King and the subway who are on the same side of the street. Haven’t gave the best service when I’ve went. However i walk in to this Wendy’s lobby and was shocked right away very clean facility the best Wendy’s I’ve been too. Was glancing at the menu and greeted and giving the fact they were super busy my order was taken right away. The lady was even patient with me due to my debit card having errors. Got my food within 3 mins or less. Got to me food i really don’t have high expectation when it comes to fast food. But this place knocked it out of the park. Really good nuggets, fires and small chicken sandwich. I really hope corporate or franchise owner rewards the staff with the experience i received. This experience occurred may 24, 2024 at 12:20pm was truly amazing and shocking. Now it make sense why people rather come to Wendy’s instead of the competitors next time them and its truly honestly the service they provided. Not a hostile place. Keep up the good work!!!

This location served legit raw chicken in 2 sandwiches and shorted food. We completed a survey last week Thursday, literally no one got back to us. My husband finally called the corporate office and whoever he spoke with was useless (didn’t take down any of his info correctly). Was told that a supervisor would call him in 10-15 mins, several hours went by without a call back, so we contacted the store directly on Tuesday). Someone claiming to be the store manager said they would look into it and call us back. Again; no call for several days. Finally called the store back today (Friday) and a man answered and said HE was the store manager, when my husband said he spoke to a woman who claimed to be the store manager he was transferred to said woman. She apologized and said her assistant manager was in the hospital (understandable but you had 3 days to get back to us) but jfc Wendy’s this was just the crappiest experience. No one seemed genuinely apologetic about the raw chicken either.

I’ve been here four times between 10pm and 10:30pm all four times I’ve visited this location they tell me they are NOT accepting credit cards only cash please give a thumbs up if this has happened to you as well I believe they are doing this to detour people from ordering most people don’t carry cash in 2026

This is honestly the worst burger I’ve ever gotten from anywhere super small and cold. Paid to have stuff added to it and didn’t receive what I paid for. If I could give negative stars, I would. I can’t even eat it.
