We are from NC and always come by here when we visit the area. Best burger around! Hot sauce is legendary. We got the two burger special. Kids got a red hot dog and a hamburger plate- both Rochester specialties. Service here at the Latta Rd location is always excellent when we come thru so we have made this a yearly tradition. This year was outstanding again- highly recommend.

Ordered online and picked up two plates on special Tuesday night for $10.99 each! Great food and love the price! I love Bill Gray’s meat hot sauce. We got extra sauce on the side and for the first time I added dill pickles to my plate. It was a game changer!

Their food is amazing! I never had a bad meal there. The employees were very accommodating. Plus it’s very clean.
I’m on a keto diet right now so I got a burger without the roll which the rolls are amazing by the way! Normally I get them because they’re always so fresh and tasty.
I also like that the burgers are not so thick that you can barely bite into them. When I think of a perfect burger, I think of Bill Gray’s!

The food is good, but not great. Prices are high for the foods and menu they serve compared to other restaurants. Nice dining room. Watched an employee behind the counter, wash his hands, then run his hand through his hair, and went on to duties with food. Watched another by the ice cream, wipe the sweat off his forehead with his hand, and not wash his hands. Serv Safe certification certificates for food safety are posted on the wall are nice, but that doesn’t change poor personal hygiene habits. Mens room smelled of old urine and ammonia. Floor needs to be mopped, sanitized with chlorine bleach and water to get rid of that odor.

A little pricey for quick fried cafeteria style bar food. The World’s Greatest Cheeseburger was, in fact, not. I’ve had better and less greasy at many other places. The chicken fingers were just ok even though they were huge. The breading could have been done better and crispier.

Customer Service is always on point.
The food is awesome and always fresh… but when I tell ya they have some of the best milkshakes hands down… I’m not kidding! Banana/Chocolate is one of my favorite flavors

This company and local have jumped the shark. The service is absolutely miserable, the food is insanely overpriced, and the restaurant is dirty. The coupons are now almost non-existent. The place was empty and we looked at 10 different seats that were dirty before we found a halfway clean one. The floor however was sticky. I’ll be taking my dollars elsewhere.

Tonight is Paddy Hills fundraiser at Bill Grays and instead of the staff saying sorry for the wait we’ll have everything out as soon as possible the woman taking orders before people even say what they is saying it’s gonna be at least a 45 minute wait and like discouraging people from ordering.
