This is a bad Wendy’s spot. You will wait a long time at the speaker to receive service. The man who is supposed to be the manager messed my order up on the screen many times. They are always understaffed. My first few bites of the sandwich were cooked and as I ate more it was flat out pink as pictures. Then they sop your sandwich in mayonnaise and ketchup to where the buns are drenched. On my sandwich there was no bacon & I ordered a baconator. I wanted a single not a double & they charged me for a double anyway. I checked the top & bottom for bacon. None at all.

The last item I ordered was the kids meal. No sauce or toy was recieved. No, my daughter does not care about Presentation of her food as she will be three years old in April, but I do. I should’ve grabbed a picture of the bag, but I couldn’t because my daughter was in a rush to eat. The chicken nuggets for a little thrown into the bag and not in the container that it’s supposed to be packaged in. We asked for honey mustard, and she did not receive that. The guy who brought our food was rude & seemed to not give a crap. All he was worried about is it was just him & his manager working which I get things happen. Don’t throw our food sloppily into the back. It’s like giving a big middle finger to the customer. I did not like the fact all our food was tossed in there.

We also tried calling to complain and we get a deadline. I am really hoping somebody reaches out and gets us a corporate number.

Ok so I have to say I topped going to Wendy’s in general because the service always sucked and the food was blah. I took a chance at this location and the guy at the window and board was super friendly and got my complicated burger from right! Got my food fast and it was fresh! Definitely gonna start coming back!

I asked for the biggie bag with honey mustard to which my order of nuggets only had 3 out of the 4 expected, and one of them being spicy (the other 2 remaining were regular). They didn’t even hand me my honey mustard I asked for, they gave me 1 singular sweet & sour sauce.

To make matters worse, the dude who handled my food and purchase clearly had ketchup or even potentially blood all over his fingers and failed to clean / sanitize his hands before handling my food. When he handed me my card after I paid, there was presumably ketchup, hopefully not blood, all over my card.

Worse experience.

Empty drive-through and still 5 extra minutes of wait time with the aforementioned issues above.

Stay away at all costs.

Food… Nothing fresh… My spacy chicken was and looked dry like if it was frozen and left out for long time .. i couldn’t eat it.. As we walked in we noticed old smelled and.old fashion looking place… Very messy kitchen from where i could see… The carpet is disgusting!! My shoes felt sticky as i walked on that greasy black carpet wich used to be red…. Windows and tables were dirty!!! Just not a place to sit n enjoy a burger.. the gentleman who took my order was nice and attentive

I ordered at the drive through, a baconator with large fries, and large coke.
When I got home there was a chicken sandwich, medium fries, and a large coke.
Tried to call the store and tell them of the mix up. But the number was unavailable.
Someone owes me some money, or the correct meal. Very disappointed

I love Wendy’s, it’s one of my favorite fast food places; it’s good, affordable, and has a nice variety. I love it!

However I came in today with the Wendy’s app, I haven’t used it before so I was unsure how to redeem offers and rewards. I pulled up an offer for a “free any size fry with $5+ purchase” and had the barcode up but the lady didn’t tell me that the offer was taken.

I believed I informed I was trying to redeem the offer but I could be mistaken, I wouldn’t see why she wouldn’t tell me sooner. Anyways I got my food and saw that there was no extra fry (she didn’t ask me for a size, that should’ve been the first indication lol) and I informed her and some other workers about it. The lady said she just scanned for the points, and I was like “Oh okay never mind then.” I didn’t want to make a big fuss about it in store (high key making a big fuss of it here lol)

Anyways even though I really only came because of the sweet offers I saw on the app.

All in all it’s a fast food restaurant so what do you expect? Much better than McDonald’s that’s for sure, and the Wendy’s social media admins are always funny.

Still it’s a nice restaurant to dine in at, it was nice and clean. The food was hot and good, and now I know for next time to make sure the offer is taken instead of staying silent.

8/10 will probably be back again this week for another work lunch.

TLDR: It doesn’t hurt to make sure.

This place just has the worst employees. I wait for my order it takes 10 mins to be done . My fries are supposed to be meduim but they gave little to no fries. Received order and my food cold as hell. No wonder they are a three star restaurant. #NEEDTOBESHUTDOWN

The absolute worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to, granite I’ve been in food service so i genuinely sympathize with the workers but when you plain just don’t care it’s different and this store just plain doesn’t care and I mean the GM on down. When a place is ran like that there’s no one to even complain to. This is a bad bad location, I waited 20 min for a single meal with only one person in line and it’s like that every time I come here. Sadly won’t ever be back

This location deserves 0 stars. My food looked like it had been sitting out for weeks. My fries were dark brown old and cold. The manager refused to refund or remake my food. My mother presented the receipt with time stamps. He claimed I i ordered my meals over an hour prior which is a complete Lie. It had been no more than 15 minutes.

I once thought all Wendy’s restaurants were the same. They’re not. If you want Wendy’s go somewhere else.

This restaurant was built in 2003 and I don’t think it has been cleaned or maintained since then. Think of the well worn carpet in the 1980s rollercade you and your friends went to as kids, now add grease and a weird smell of crayons.

And we still ordered. The guy in the back couldn’t be bothered to come help so we waited for the girl to finish the drive thru before helping us. Fast forward to food time – the burgers were as if they had been cooked back in 2003 and were waiting for us to come get them. Use your imagination. That’s right. The fries were slightly overcooked in grease that badly needed to be changed giving them a hard brown tinge and crunchy texture. The citrus pineapple drink was bad too. Not sweet at all.
We left without eating any of it to go find dinner elsewhere.

Maybe the newer, nicer Wendy’s by my house can make a tastier burger. Maybe another Wendy’s can redeem the brand. Maybe you can save yourself from the desire to write off Wendy’s forever by just going somewhere else.
