We went through drive-thru. We ordered a shake with our meal, and got charged for a shake. When we got to the window, we were told shakes were not available. Replaced it with a small coke. I asked for a refund for the difference, and was told repeatedly that was not going to happen. I HATE being lied to and stolen from. The coke was so clear you could see through it.

Today was just the icing on the cake for this place. I’m usually pretty understanding and just roll with it, but sorry I’m done. I used to eat lunch here everyday same thing and yet something was always messed up. Forgot the cheese on my sandwich, forgot the fries, or forgot the sauce. Well today my mom goes through the drive thru for me because I dont have the time today. She orders 2 sandwiches, two small fries, and a side of Chile sauce (mind you it’s a new sauce so you have to pay for it). No cheese on either sandwich and no sauce. And to top it off, there were only 3 cars in the drive thru so it’s not like they were swamped. This reflects poorly on the managerial staff because you obviously aren’t training your employees to read a screen correctly or you aren’t training them to actually put the order together correctly. Your patient experience is lacking as well. But thats every McDonald’s these days. The drive thru worker is always rushing you to get your order then acts like its an inconvenience if you order more. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER or you’re going to lose business.

Today, on December 18, 2025, I went to pick up an order, and while I was waiting, I placed another order. An employee—I wish I knew her name—was very rude. She told her coworker that she shouldn’t put everything in one order, since it’s ultimately the company’s business. They have no manners, and if they have that kind of bad attitude, why do they even work? I thought about talking to the store manager, but she’s also rude and ill-mannered. It would have been a waste of time to talk to the store manager if they’re all equally irresponsible and have such a bad attitude toward customers. I’m thinking of never going back to that store on Jefferson Ave. in Mount Pleasant, TX. It’s a shame because there are good people there too. I’m sorry, but I can’t tolerate bad attitudes and mediocrity.

McDonald’s drive through failed me yet again. I ordered 3 steak bagels and saw 3 bagels in the bag that was tossed me. Once I drove 20 minutes to home is when I realized my meal was not what I ordered. I was really looking forward to a steak bagel and when I unwrapped them, I got 3 bacons.
It is such a disappointment that I actually thought McDonalds could have gotten my order right. Shame on me for giving them another chance and thinking this time would be different.

That was the most rude behavior by the staff at a restaurant we’ve ever experienced in our lives. They will not speak to you at all, they insist you order at the kiosk, but when the order is wrong they act like it is our fault and ignore you. When we finally asked for our missing items they threw it on the counter and didn’t even say “sorry” or tell us it was our food. They don’t care about customer service at all, everyone that walked in left mad or upset. Save your money and go elsewhere!

Receiving my cookies they were cold and hard. The african lady in all black clothing had a rude demeanor and they didnt give me fresh cookies, it seems like they heated the same cookies in a microwave. Dismissively threw the cookies on the counter instead of handing it to me.

I gave two stars because the woman with the round glasses is always kind. However, the orders got mixed up and I was rushed to leave before I could even check it. Which was kind of discouraging to come back here.

This was honestly the ugliest customer service I’ve ever experienced at a McDonald’s. Every single employee I dealt with was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. They acted like helping customers was a bother to them. I’ve never been treated this poorly at any McDonald’s before — definitely won’t be coming back to this location. Looks like every review says the same thing. SITUATION NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED
