Usually very pleased with the quality of everything. Nobody to wash dishes, so they serve plastic ware to eat with. Not so good cutting a steak. Blonde brownie that had always been a favorite is now served cold ??
And they are out of the Vanilla maple sauce for the dessert that I wanted extra that I paid extra for and had to get a refund.. WOW.
Next door (TR) is packed, can’t even get in the door and Applebees has a dozen people and now it’s a 45-minute wait for people coming in as we are leaving.
7/13/23 = We frequent Applebees often and have been very happy in the past. Last night was the worst experience ever. Took forever to get our food and once I received it was short on chicken strips, took 30 min + to get the missing 2 pieces. Fries was cold on all of our orders. Every one at our table was shorted 1 or 2 things. Like salad and some sides. I specified on my blonde brownie that it was served hot.. no.. it was cold and hard as could be . Not sure who all to blame. But they was not busy.

Food was undeniably great but the other aspects of the store is not recommendable. The guy who ushered us to our seats was not pleasing & friendly. Table was sticky (saw another review on this & it’s true). The place was warm. My kid’s food was like the plate was straight from the microwave. They didn’t have any dessert available (should place notice by the door).

Brandi was an amazing server and I love the honey pepper chicken with fry’s. Definitely recommend, and the deals are amazing. If you like good hospitality and good food I highly recommend Applebees!

We had 2 hours for dinner, and we sat down, it took 10 minutes from sit down till we got our drink orders and ordered appetizers. It took an additional 45 minutes until the appetizers came out. An additional 5 minutes until we could order our food. And another 45 minutes till we got our food. Once we got our food and paid for it to go, we got back and the food was poorly cooked and I found a hair in my mashed potatoes (in photo) which is unbelievable. I didn’t even finish the food, I am throwing it away. Never go to Applebee’s.

I took my family to celebrate my granddaughters bday and 3 of our dishes were burnt and under cooked. Sent our meals back to be remade to go because we had already sat there for almost 2hrs and the meals came back more burnt then the 1st time. Me or my family won’t be going back.

About what I expected-but when grandpa wants his overpriced Reese Bobby Bourbon Steak – you go and get it for him. I don’t belong at Applebee’s anymore. Food was barely average. Prices aren’t great. The place is beat up. BUT our servers were SUPER nice, patient, and attentive. So kudos for that – and a 50% tip for not making Reese feel bad for
