Unfortunately we did not have a good experience here. A bag was handed to us soaked in grease and the employee looked at it, said oh well, and still handed it over. My husband’s double quarter pounder was almost falling out of the box, and when he bit into it, it was raw. Pics of both are attatched. My chicken sandwich was at least somewhat edible, but disappointingly cold and rubbery.

Ordered the $5.00 Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich value meal. The chicken was delicious the only thing that was wrong was how over sauced the Sandwich was. Sauce above and below that even when scraped off it was super wet, five napkin wet.

Went thru the driver thru. Had to pull up and wait a few minutes. A quarter pounder with cheese was forgotten. I pulled back around let them know, waited a few minutes , given my burger. Got home was eating and not looking directly at the burger . Didn’t taste right. It was raw. So no dinner tonight.

Waited at the “next window” for 10 minutes. They asked what I was waiting for…asked for my receipt to be able to make the order…nothing was correct down to the drink aside from my kids happy meal burger and the fries were cold, stale and unsalted. I have consistent issues with this store. Something needs to happen because minimum wage is too much pay for the outcome

I don’t normally go for McDonald’s but I decided to give the Grimace Meal a shot since I’ve seen it so much. To my surprise it was actually a fun shake to have, and it’s true where if you drink the shake alone it has a vanilla taste but when you have the shake with/after salty fries it then has a berry taste. The fries were fresh and hot. The Big Mac was not hot and tells me it was waiting for an order to be made but it still tasted good.
