While I love the food, I get tired of asking the crew clean and wipe down the nasty countertops. This is getting old.
The ServSafe certifications are on the wall but they are not executing what they learned about food safety and preparation.

We ordered at the store and the line was a bit long, but we waited anyway. The staff was very overworked and had to prepare a bunch of online orders. However, when we got our food the burritos were so loose that everything was falling apart and wouldn’t stay closed. I can’t completely blame the staff since it seems that they are just overworked. Chipotle really should consider having a separate grill for online orders, you can’t expect the staff to fulfill both orders without any mistakes.

Chipotle has been my go to for a fresh, healthy,balanced meal! The bowls are something out of this world! So Yummy! I always go for the chicken bowl ( not just for the fact it’s cheaper) but because the chicken is grilled and spiced and compliments the brown rice and beans so well! I always choose the brown rice over white, you have the option to, and it comes with the salsa, cream cheese, grated cheese also, guacamole, spinach, lettuce! Just a very fresh fantastic healthy meal! Can’t get over it! Definitely go out and try it! Very affordable too, I never finish mine on one sitting, so it serves as lunch and super for me

Not only is this location the worst with portion sizes, but their menu prices are the highest in the area. Over priced skimpy light scoops. Check out the photo, hardly any chicken. Go to another location.

Apparently this location has a greedy understanding of how portioning works. Asked for double steak and guacamole. Did not even fill my bowl half way. Not what it used to be. I thought the CEO explained that they would do better in this area. Anyway $21 for this half empty bowl.

I ordered from the Chipotle website and my order ended up coming from this location. It was the worst order I have gotten from Chipotle in a long time! This is my second or third time ordering from online for delivery; this is my first time ordering for delivery from my new place in Chicago. I got a chicken burrito bowl with double meat, a side order of guac, a tortilla shell, and 1 steak taco. The steak taco barely had any meat on it. I used my fork to move all of the veggies around and sure enough…barely any meat. Also when I bit into the taco, there was so much water that oozed out! The taco instantly got soggy. The tortilla shell was so hard when I tried rolling it into a burrito, it started breaking and crumbling! It’s supposed to be soft. My chicken burrito bowl also barely had any meat. I paid for double meat and it was like the restaurant only used the little scrapings left in the bottom of the container while they made a new order of chicken! I got chicken scraps, not chicken! Overall, I would NEVER order online for delivery again; especially if my order has to come from this location. I will pass. Chipotle thinks that they can screw you over just because it’s a delivery order and it’s not like you can do anything because the food has already been made and delivered and who is going to go out just to return an order?? But during a pandemic, everyone’s dollars count! If someone orders from a restaurant during these times, it’s a blessing! So don’t screw them. I know restaurants all over are hurting, but so are customer’s pockets. If someone chooses to spend their money at your establishment, be grateful.

I have ordered from this location several times and usually it’s just fine but tonight it was truly awful. I placed an order for pickup and it was completely messed up when we got it home. Bowl half full, smashed all to one side and missing ingredients and while I ordered 3 tacos I only got two, also missing half the ingredients I ordered. I went back to the restaurant and they offered to remake my order. Got home to realize they only remade the bowl and then gave me one additional taco STILL MADE WRONG. I hate complaining and they were very busy but this was one of the worst experiences I have had with a pick up order. Wish I would have just gotten a refund since now 2/3 tacos are cold and all are made incorrectly.

Every time I’ve gone to this location the rice has been crunchy and they don’t put enough meat to even make a straight line. I was actually shocked I know Chipotle skimps on meat but this was on another level.

I don’t think I’d ever been refused service before until I went to
@ChipotleTweets
at 5224 N Broadway St. in Chicago tonight.
As you can see there was no one even in line. My husband stood at the counter tonight ready to order for several minutes. Nobody said anything. No greeting, no “be right with you”. All 3 employees just stared us in the face & laughed.
Idk if it’s because we’re black or because we’re gay, but we decided to just walk out.
I already phoned their support line to issue a complaint, but I may need to take further action because:
In Illinois it is legal to refuse service, UNLESS based on an individual’s characteristics such as age, race, gender, or religion. A business owner may refuse to serve an unruly or belligerent person, as long as all unruly or belligerent people are treated the same!

Love it when employees play videos on their phones at full blast two tables away while I’m eating. At least the kitchen wasn’t playing their own music louder than the restaurant’s music in this Chipotle, which is standard at most Chipotles in Chicago.
