The service was quick and the food was fresh. It was an above average experience for a Wendy’s.
Keep in mind this is part of the truck stop. There is a drive through but getting in and out of it can be challenging.

Paid 12$ for strips while passing on the highway. Tough, cold strips. Gross fresh fries. How do you mess up fries that just came out? Is the oil not hot enough? Felt sick. Dogs ate the rest of the strips, but they looked at me like I was punishing them.

Yo stay away from this place. I eat just about any gross fast food, even when it’s bad. This is the first time ever taken two bites and thrown it away. Chicken tasted sour, the water coming out of the soda fountain was pink (after letting it run for a while), idk what was going on with the fries but it was nasty. This place needs to be shut down, and looks like it’s on the way, they had a health inspection report posted on the wall with all the violations blacked out… I don’t think that’s how it works guys…. Ewwww

Such a terrible experience. No pride in management what so ever!! And it shows! See the quality of everything is poor. The manager is of course no where to be found. I left them a message and I am reporting this franchise to corporate. Oh those nuggets or raw. How does that happen you ask. Fryers not being inspected and employees not properly trained.

Everything was hot. It was served in a respectful/ reasonable time. I read so many reviews and no matter what the reviews are about it seems to me that people are full of themselves. They think they are special. They think everything is about them. Well it’s not about you. If a restaurant is busy and you’re in a hurry leave and grab something out of the store. Quit complaining. Stop being adult children. Get over it. Just remember they are probably hiring. Get a job and do better. Or have patience and kindness.. Smile and be blessed.

Fries old and cold! After a long wait time we got most of what we ordered. Service is really slow! Sign says “our promise – safe,clean,friendly “. We were here 4 hours ago and came back inside and saw the same piece of chocolate bar on the table and food on the floor. Plus, there was more food on the floor behind counter than on the prep line!
I read thru previous comments going back a year and there is a recurring theme: filthy, orders wrong, and long waits. The manager responds with “thanks for commenting, will work on improving”. I think they need new management. Then close for week and CLEAN EVERYTHING!

Wendy’s food is usually the same as long as it’s done right. HOWEVER, the service was awesome . The manager (I assume) Cora was super attentive, and even when a customer was fussing, she politely calmed him down. She made sure my order was perfect – I will come back because of the staff.
