Well, we went through the drive through so I can’t attest to the atmosphere, but, they got my order right the first time. Which is a big plus!!! And the food was hot, fries were fresh(another plus!!!), and the customer service was good. No complaints!!!

Ordered online from the app. Arrived and checked in – after a few minutes the app indicated that my food was on the way out. I waited about five more minutes and went inside to see what was happening. The attitude was that I was bothering them by coming inside and not using a kiosk. I noted who I was and that it said my food was ready. She was flustered and frustrated and said that she was working on it. I waited a few more minutes but at this point it had been close to fifteen minutes and I had to leave to get to an appointment. Unfortunately I was charged for this order and there is nothing I can do to get my money back. It looks like they registered the order as ready to keep the stats good – similar to when they have you pull forward.

Updating previous review. Something has dynamically changed again. Mobile orders are given lowest priority no matter when they are placed. The orders are consistently wrong, cold and are missing items. Wrong items are included in bags frequently. You would be better off going up the road 15 minutes to the McDonalds on Fry if you crave McDonald’s.

This place is terrible! They never get my order right. I very clearly state “no cheese,” and regularly get cheese on my burger. I was working with the store manager for a bit, but then she didn’t honor her own offer of 2 meals to replace the bad ones. The male night manager is a nightmare! He is argumentative and not helpful. I wish there was a different cheap, quick place to go instead out here.

Service is hit and miss at this McDonald’s. Order nuggets, you need to check your bag and make sure the sauce you asked for is in there. Even after asking the employee, ” is the sauce in the bag” and being told yes it is. Get home and no sauce.
Here we are again, however this time because of this McDonald’s inability to get orders correct, I now go inside and order to go. THEY GOT IT WRONG AGAIN….EVEN THOUGH THE TICKET TAPE SAYS NO CHEESE, NO ONION. While I was waiting for them to remake my order they had three other drive thru customers come in with their orders messed up. Then on top of that, they wanted me to take the food in the bag that had been sitting on the counter getting cold while they were making the order.
NOT SURE WE’LL BE COMING BACK.
Oh it gets better. The food they re-made, was the exact food they got wrong the first. Then of course someone was upset and put the fries in the bag upside down.

Always a great stop for my lunch needs. Drive through usually is pretty busy. The inside usually isn’t when I go. But service is pretty great, and the food always warm. Great world famous fries as always. Parking at noon can be hard at times, especially with a big work van.

This McDonalds is notorious, at least in my experience, for getting orders incorrect. And look what they gave me this time. Convenience is the only reason I keep going back, but I don’t know anymore.
