I visited this place with my family. These guys are excellent, both food and behavioral wise. I review places, but truly 5 s is less for them. They deserve more. Let’s talk about price: very affordable, great quantity with quality. Kiran was our server, very humble and manned. The owner was there when we were dining, very down to earth guy. He comforted my son with ice cream. I loved the environment inside, simple and very comfy. Definitely should try this place. Tea was complimentary, yet the taste of the tea was very addictive .

Stopped by for Sunday lunch. Was an excellent experience. Food was amazing!! The best lamb vindaloo I’ve ever had. Mushroom 65 was so crunchy on the outside and juicy inside with terrific flavor! The
Soup was very flavorful. Can’t remember the name completely, but was a nenja mutton soup if I had to guess. Will definitely be back! Great flavors and spices!! Thank you for great meal!

Weekend buffet had 2 veg starters, soup, 3 veg curries and veg biryani.
Dosa and poori served hot.
4 desserts
Mango lassi, rose milk and butter milk.
7 out of 10 items tasted delicious. Veg biryani and Gulab jamun(pipping hot) were top notch.
Chutneys, Badhusa and soup were flavourless, could be better.
Good portion. Excellent service. Definitely worth a second visit.

The buffet was awesome over the weekend , many options for veg and non veg, very authentic taste on some traditional dishes. Good desert options including awesome faluda.
I would recommend replacing paper plates with better quality as it can’t hold hot items.

Kindly greeted and taken cared of. Ordered tendoori chicken, vindaloo curry with lamb (came with rice), garlic naan, and ras malai. Best tendoori chicken I have found while living here so far. The vindaloo curry was delicious – has a tangy spice to it but so delicious. Naan is crisp and pairs well with the dishes we got. Food is very fresh and seasoned very well. Would recommend to anyone craving some Indian comfort food. My boyfriend and I enjoyed this meal very much. For everything we got the price point is great.

Went on a monday afternoon.
This place in north austin is basically for delivery but we wanted to try dine-in.
Ordered hyderabadi chicken biryani and dindigul Thalappakatti mutton biryani.
Both biryanis didnt taste anywhere near to the ones in other places.
Chicken and mutton were not fresh.
Sai was the person who was courteous enough to provide us with things like warm water whenever we asked and provided 5% discount when the bill was paid in cash.
Food – 2/5
Service – 4/5
Ambience – 2/5
Accomotes 80 people at once. But we were the only diners at that time on a hot scorching afternoon

Terrible and dangerously unhygienic food is served here in the name of their Friday and Monday specials. I found pieces of paper and plastic in their mutton biryani we ordered recently. The rice was all dried up (probably left outside for many days) and the meat was also dry and literally black in color.
This wasn’t my first experience with them. I called them twice before to report similar instances like uncooked food etc. I was okay to write them off as one off mistakes due to the Covid situation. This time I know it wasn’t a mistake but they are being very irresponsible. If you don’t want to get sick after eating, this is not the place you want to go to. Save yourself some time and money!
Never going back again! I would rate it zero if I could!

I used to love Nala’s now days everything tastes disgusting got biryani. Don’t have flavor the chicken tasted disgusting and old. Not recommend anymore. Looks like they washed the chicken with water from different dish. Gross

Was a little worried as the restaurant was empty when I went. But seems like most of the traffic was take out. Great food and quick service. Just the right amount of spices to make it flavorful but not too spicy.

I recently moved to Austin and was missing South Indian food. The food was super delicious and my Chinese friend loved thalapakattu briyani, chicken dum biriyani was super delicious too. Must visit.
