What a great spot! We stopped in while running errands over in PO. I had a hankering for a good spicy chicken sandwich. We were greeted warmly by a long time employee who shared the history of the spot while we ate at the bar. They even split the plate (other places actually charge for that!) we notice the little things. We don’t get to PO often but will def be back here!

The atmosphere of this Bar/Restaurant is amazing. We greeted as soon as we opened the door with a big “Welcome In”. It was a nice touch. The food was very delicious. We will definitely be back, along with a few of our friends.

My daughter and I had lunch here and it was our first time. Our server Erica was on point with our drink, order and overall service. I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger and my daughter ordered the classic burger both with fries.
We have dined in at other local owned restaurants before and by far this was the best we had. When I say it truly is! Our burgers were made PERFECT it wasn’t under cooked nor was it overcooked it was JUICY. My 10 year old isn’t a picky eater but she is also a burger type girl. I have seen her eat a few bites of burger but this right here at this restaurant she only had maybe 2 bites left. She asked me if she can talk to the cook that made our burgers so she can THANK HIM!
She said we always see the waiters but never the people that make our food and they should be someone we Thank as well!
We met with Pete the cook! She was excited to Thank him for our AWESOME COOKED BURGERS AND FRIES!
Thank you Erica and Pete!!!
You both made our first experience AWESOME

We stopped in for a bite to eat after a day of exploring Port Orchard. It was a Wednesday afternoon and we got right in, no waiting. We ordered burgers and fries and two Guinness. Our waiter was very friendly and gave us several suggestions for future site seeing. He also knew how to pour a perfect Guinness from tap which is quite a feat. Our burgers were perfectly cooked, juicy, and delicious with a side of freshly cut fries. The bar had a good vibe and great music playing from the speakers. We love a good bar and this place fit the bill.

I would not recommend Brick House in Port Orchard after our experience. Despite the restaurant not being busy, it took over 20 minutes before our server even greeted our table. When he finally did, he was very short with us, gave no real explanations, and only pointed out that “the food we have is on the menu.” Not exactly helpful.

When the food arrived, everything was cold and completely lacking in flavor. The fries were so bad we asked for them to be taken off the bill. My drink sat empty for quite a while and I only got a refill after asking another server.

The patio and inside were both slow, so there wasn’t any excuse for the lack of attention. This server clearly needs more training, and the kitchen seriously needs to step it up if they’re going to charge $15+ for tiny portions—7 wings or barely a cup of dry macaroni and cheese. The chicken tenders were overcooked and the fries cold.

Overall, just a very disappointing experience all around.

Stopped by for a quick bite. Everything was so flavourful. Service was great, we came on a Monday so no wait. Free parking on the street. The buffalo chicken wrap was warm and pressed! I expected a cold wrap but what I got was much better. Then my fiance had a cowboy burger and my son had a grilled cheese and apple sauce. The loaded twisted fries we shared were a healthy portion.

The Rueben was one of the best I have had in the PNW. They prepare their meat for days. It was so delicious. The side salad was crisp, with lots of little fresh vegetables including avocado with a home made vinaigrette. Truly good flavored food from a small establishment in a small town.

This is my second time trying the Brick house. Burgers are loaded and reasonably priced. Food is presented well and staff are friendly

Took 30 min to get 2 appetizers. No flavor and the brisket was the dryest piece of meat I’ve ever seen. The fries that I salted myself were the best part of the meal. The staff was very nice but don’t bother eating here.

Dude, it takes forever to get out of this place. The cheese curds are to die for. Don’t get the loaded nachos, at least don’t get them with the cheese sauce. It wipes out the flavor with gobs of that bland stuff. Did I say the cheese curds are awesome!?? Our server was professional, and friendly. But seriously, it took forever to get our food and get out of there.
