Ordered two cheese pizzas for the kids. Got one cheese pizza and this. They gave me their crew pie. A half cheese bread half pepperoni pizza. Asked for a refund on the 7 dollar pizza and a new one because I have to drive back up there. Manager told me no, that I can get a refund or my pizza. Why is your mess up supposed to be my inconvenience? This review happened over 7 dollars. Run your store right.

I’ve only been through the drive-through, a feature I appreciate as sometimes I’m too weak from chemo to get out and walk anywhere. Pizza is good and provides a nice change from other franchises. Online ordering was easy as was pickup.

Pretzel crust pizza is not a pretzel crust pizza. Been on hold for 10 minutes so far. And the bite i took was actually good. But this is the 2nd time in a row I did not get what I ordered.

Absolute garbage! Greasy and undercooked. The crust was doughy and stuck on the box. The effort of the employees to make a quality product is zero. Glad I hit the “no tip” option on payment. They earned it!

They clearly don’t pay their employees enough to care. If you like getting quoted 15 minutes and then waiting an hour for pizza, this is the place for you. We usually go to the one across town and we definitely won’t be making the mistake of ordering at this location again. If there was a 0 star option they deserve it.

Didn’t get to order at the speaker, I got told to pull to the window. 15 min later I got to the window and order 2 sliced and sticks. I then got told it was a 15 min wait because they don’t have any ready. Almost like if you took my order at the window it would have been ready or almost.. So I decided to get a 3 meat and a hot and ready because those were ready. I fully understand little Ceasars has a reputation for “Get what you pay for” but damn this one takes the cake. I can’t even pick up a slice of my 3 meat and have the toppings stay on. They just slide right off even if I grab with 2 hands. The hot and ready crust is literally paper this and does about the same. This is definitely shame on me not shame on them. I knew what to expect yet I still went and I’m still disappointed. If nothing else I’m more annoyed that my order wasn’t just taken at the window like every fast food chain in existence. This is wack. If I could give 0 stars… I would.

This is not at all what I expected this is breached in butter it gave me heartburn just looking at it,
My crazy bread was half raw still doughy drenched in butter the same exact way, literally you pick up a piece and the butter is running off of it like a sink.
My other complaint is that I was told it would be 10 minute wait I waited over 30 minutes for my food today, and didn’t even get a refund on my inedible food, I wanted my lunch not to die of a heart attack in my 20s.
This order was definitely not worth the money and will not be going back to this location at all.

My boss ordered us 2 pepperoni hot n readys. Super thin, full of greese. My coworkers ate this pile of garbage but not me. No Thanks. Guess I’ll have to go home and cook actual pizza on my break.

Decided to try again and oh boy did they mess up. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with extra cheese and then half pineapple and mushroom. I instead got a stuffed crust hula Hawaiian pizza (ham and pineapple) and no mushrooms. Just don’t even bother with these idiots and go somewhere else. Oh and they close the inside at 8pm now so you’re forced to wait in line for over 30 mins.

They have pretty good food, love the crazy bread and the cheesy Italian bread. I also like the plain chicken wings and the brownies they sell. The staff is pretty awesome.

I’ve lived in Jackson my whole life and I’ve lived on Dwight Street for over 10 years and this place by far has the worst pizza worst Customer Service you’ve ever seen. It’s ran by 16-year-olds and they don’t even know how to cook the pizza all the way and his is the standard even if u pre order the pizza isn’t even cooked enough to hold the toppings by for this place provides the worst pizza and service experience in Jackson they should be shut down
