I gave this Waffle House this rating because the food was really good, cooked to perfection. Everything tasted good as one would not always expect from a breakfast style house. The waitress was incredibly friendly and even the cook came over & asked how everything was. She didn’t just ask us, but everyone; being very personable & a smile on her face. The facility was super clean. The floors, windows, baseboards , underneath tables, and side walls even in the cook area was very clean. The bathroom was surprisingly extra clean. I normally would not have rated this type facility as high as I did, but this one with its staff went above and beyond!

My husband and I stopped here for dinner. Emily was our waitress and was so sweet and kind. Keenan was working the grill and greeted us when we came in. He cooked our food to perfection and works the grill well. Restaurant was clean and felt cozy. It was a chilly day and the hot coffee was fresh and Emily was the best! Happy Holidays to this team!

Wow, they have a girl (believe it on not her name was “Shine”) working the grill that needs to audition for one of those trash daytime TV shoes. I sat at the counter for 20 minutes watching her pout on grump that her co-worker was in the weeds. Maybe next time help him and “Shine” with you work skills vs turning this place into Jerry Springer.

We are not from the US and wanted to have a waffle house experience. This location was very clean, the service was fast and helpful and the food was yummy.
They have a great section for adults and kids with really good kids prices. They even gave our kids some little paper hats to wart that added to the experience.

Stopped by Waffle House around 3:15 AM to place an order, and the experience was just disappointing. The young woman working there was sitting where the customers usually sit, with her back turned to the order window. After waiting about 3 minutes, she finally turned around, opened the window, and I told her I wanted to order.
She told me I had to wait 30 minutes just to place an order because the cook “had to clean the flat top” before she could take it. I was honestly stunned. I wasn’t angry, just really surprised by how unprofessional and careless the response was.
I completely understand it’s late and working overnight isn’t easy, but if you’re on the clock, at least show some respect for the job and the customers. Making excuses instead of offering service shows a serious lack of effort and pride in your work.
This kind of “I don’t care” attitude is exactly what drives people away. I’ve always liked Waffle House for its consistency, but this location really missed the mark tonight.

I think there’s mold in the drink machine. I seen little black stuff floating in my drink. When I told the waiter she just gave me a new one. (Didn’t drink it). Come to find out they don’t clean them often.

We’re from Richmond Virginia, and always stop at Waffle Houses when traveling. This has by far been the best Waffle House experience and food we’ve ever had. They are friendly, food came out hot, accurate and in a timely fashion. Portions we’re plentiful and delicious. Say Say took great care of us.

The food and service were great, a new guy or two in the building minor mistakes made, but Kay had a great attitude, was incredibly and on point on quickly resolving those minor issues. Definitely definitely the right person for the job. If she’s not management, she’s definitely management material. I challenge you to go undercover and see for yourself.
