I don’t come to Starbucks often, you know expensive coffee, tight budget. I decided to treat myself today. This was my sun-dried tomato and pesto mozzarella on focaccia sandwich. I did take a few bites before taking a picture, but then I thought I should take a picture of the evidence and post a review. Not nice!!

I’m knowledgeable and passionate about helping them thrive, and I’m constantly on the move to provide the best support possible. — and my morning coffee truly makes a difference in my day. I feel so blessed to get mine at this location. The team here is always friendly, welcoming, and somehow has the power to make sure I start my day with a smile.

But beyond the amazing coffee, I want to thank them for something much deeper. On Friday, September 26, 2025, I experienced a really difficult situation — it started in the parking lot, but once I walked into Starbucks, a couple began yelling hurtful things at me, even using racial slurs. It was a moment that left me shaken. The Starbucks crew immediately stepped in — they asked the individuals to leave and made sure I was safe walking back to my car.

That moment reminded me that kindness and courage still exist . I can’t put into words how much that meant to me, but Thank you, Nelly, Syd, and the entire team, for your compassion, bravery, and care. You didn’t just make my coffee that morning — you made me feel seen, supported, and safe. I’ll never forget that. ❤️

We just had the stereotypical Starbucks employee interaction for the first time. Placed our order at 0916, showed up at the drive through at 0921, told them we had an order with 7 items, and the barista said, “the one placed 7 seconds ago?”

My husband said, no we didn’t place it seven seconds ago.

“Well the only order I have with your name says it was placed fifteen seconds ago.”

“Okay, we didn’t place it 15 seconds ago, but that’s fine, we don’t mind waiting!” Said cheerily and with a smile because it’s the holidays, and I’m sure they’re stressed.

“Okay, well it’s going to be 7 to 10 minutes.” Said most definitely NOT cheerily… the tone was giving “please get out of my drive through.”

“O…. Kay…..?”

We go to this place every day. I used 200 points yesterday and today to get free items, for context. I be racking up those reward points

Not anymore! Starbucks employees truly do have a special skill for making you feel completely unwelcome in their establishment. We will be taking our money elsewhere from now on!

The company needs to learn the proper measurements bc I order a venti and it came out half full and this happened twice, they remade it into venti and they were nice about it and understanding but if I order something it needs to be properly made.

It took them literally 15 minutes to make a cappuccino. They prioritize the drive-thru when it should be the other way around. The people who make the effort to park their car and walk into the store should be prioritized. This is just ridiculous.

I did not get an order so I can’t rate the food or coffee because I was ignored the entire time I was in there I arrived there about 615 on December 20. The blonde girl in the ponytail looked at me several times said nothing. The guy looked at me at least seven times with a disgusted look on his face like I didn’t belong there or he really didn’t want me there, and then another lady came in the door after I had been waiting and she was served next, even though I was asked if I had been helped and then the next woman that came from the back and asked if I had been helped, went ahead and took the other ladies order first so I will stick to Quiktrip

You’re concept of make door dashers come inside is stupid. You’re rules are so authoritarian you have bad customer service even tho you’re employees are kind. Don’t make people come inside for a dash order when it’s freezing outside and literally no other customer is there and 6 employees are capable of ing it through the window. I have a feeling that the employees will make you a weak cup of coffee of you don’t tip them. Kinda weird that you are supposed to tip them before they actually make your coffee. Today, I rounded up to the dollar (about 70 cents) and my late tasted very weak.

I came in 8/28/2025 and ordered 2 cold brews and a frappe. Upon walking in the one and only male working there rolls his eyes and looks at me with disgust. Tells me someone will be with me shortly then proceeds to act like I’m not there. The young lady taking my order was literally doing all the work for the gentleman. When it came down to finishing the beverages he wrote “thanks?” “Enjoy?” “Stay away :)” and after seeing this he looks at me and goes “here you go I guess” if I remember correctly I gave you a name for a reason. If you are gonna just treat people shitty because you are being made to do your job then maybe you should find a different scope of work.
