Emily was very rude on the intercom did not even listen to my order every bit was wrong or shorted, had to give her the soda back at window due to I asked for no ice, my order was 1 meal spicy chicken had tomato’s and I specifically asked for no tomato on it ,,here is the large frie before any taken out to spend $12.27 on one meal and to be treated this way and on top of order wrong! You are there to do your job and to give your customers satisfaction lady instead your basically telling customers you could care less if they are there to get what they order!!! Very unsatisfying

Pulled up to the drive thru when the young lady greeted me i had trouble hearing her over the loud rap music coming thru the speaker. I recieved my food faster than it normally takes. The tacos were microwaved with the lettuce in them. I ordered 4, 2 of them were almost to hot to touch the other 2 were still cold. The taco thing has happened before with the lettuce being cooked in the taco and when I had brought it up the last time the young lady working the window then told me we dont do that. Ok, people work hard for their money and choose to give you business. Please do not serve food that you yourself would not eat if it was given to you.

There is literally 1 car in line. 11 minutes later I tell them my doordash. 25 minutes for a doordash is unacceptable and I will not take another order from here. Thought I’d give this place another shot after the remodel. Still laughably bad. Ordered two tacos at 843pm, had 1 car in front of me. Got to the window at 850 where I sat until 855, my order clearly visible, bagged and sitting on the warmer. Lady inside kept disappearing around the corner never acknowledging me, let alone taking payment. I drove away, taco-less instead of waiting who knows how much longer to get old tacos. What a joke. Just lost a customer for life.

Yet again I have waited 25+ minutes after ordering online for food. Drive thru ungodly slow. Had to turn my car off to save gas. I wouldn’t be as mad if my food didn’t have this undertone smell of cigarettes. It makes all the food I paid for unappealing and is now giving me a migraine. Will NEVER come back to this location and recommend others to STAY AWAY! Only positive was food was mostly warm… I cannot highlight enough how much of a waste of money this was.

My husband and I really enjoyed our meal here. I had to Doc one star because the chicken patty in our sandwiches was considerably small. Aside from that the restrooms were clean as was the restaurant. Our food was made quickly and was hot and fresh. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Not having the lobby open for those that rather dine in or pickup to go is a crime. At this rate, it will be like other Jack in the box’s and be closed permanently if things don’t change.
