Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Why are the workers so mad? I manage at a location and my staff members never sound annoyed to serve a person no matter the time they are working. No one was at the drive thru at this hour and the lady Magy seemed so annoyed to take my order. She seems very respectful but the tone makes a difference.

I’m here 3 days a week. Most days are really good…other days stink. This week the tea dispenser was FILTHY, as in crap all in my tea. I had to show them the trash, they didn’t see it on their own. Then again this week, my chorizo taquito was missing about 35% of the eggs. I mean, would they serve a burger with 35-40% of the meat missing??? I asked for the manager, who never showed.

The manager has to start wondering why he’s getting low ratings in the last few weeks
I’m changing my review from a previous rating to a 1.
The girl Maggie, is terrible customer service. I went in with my boyfriend and she was very cold to us. I sat down waiting for my order I was watching her and she gave the same cold service to the young man after us. Seems some of her friends came in and she was giggling and this and that with them and she took their order giggling and laughing.
After that a young man came in not but a few seconds later and she reverted back to her no smile no greeting no thank you customer service…. There were three boys standing behind him and she gave them the exact same cold stare non-greeting no thank you service.
I got her name from one of the girls. The manager needs to see why he is dropping in ratings at this location in the last few weeks. She’s not the only young girl that has changed the customer service especially to me or my boyfriend and we are both veterans.

This whataburger is on m way home, and usually i once in a while get something, this time around the service was subpar, and the fries they gave me literally as touch as nails. This is the last and final time i go to this location, I’d rather waste more gas for better service and food.

I used the drive thru for my order which was a number 1 all the way with no cheese on toasted buns. The lady repeated the order back to me then asked what I wanted to drink and I told her a Dr Pepper and she could swap the fries with onion rings and add a jalapeño on the side. I drove up to work Dow easily since there was only 2 cars waiting and one was leaving as I was pulling up to the drive thru window. The lady was getting my drink ready and asked for my name, I told and then asked for the money of $11.42 for the order. I gave her $12.00 and got the change back but no receipt. I guess that is expected was this whataburger. I then pulled up to wait for my order. I waited for about 10-15 minutes and then got my order. I drove home and noticed my order was incorrect. I ended up with a regular toasted bread that looked like it needed to be toasted a bit more and a totally different burger that I requested. I called whataburger and asked for the manager. I talked to a Robert whom later said he was actually Diego. He said he would replace my meal but yo drive the 8 miles back for a mistake they did and it being almost 10:30 pm I just deflated. What a way to finish off the day and end up with a dinner that was given to me by mistaken order. What ridiculous service this place offers. Never again will I make this mistake. What a waste of money on my behalf and for trusting this establishment of getting my order correct even after they confirmed it. Thank you Robert/Diego, whatever your name is!

For not having a line today thru drive thru it was rather slow. The fries were stiff and could of used a reheat or better yet fresh fries. The burger was ehh. Asked for extra ketchup for 3in total.. Smh
