I saw the reviews and I wanted a Pastrami sandwich. One of the reviews had this mouthwatering pastrami sandwich. I am very disappointed. Meat was to rubbery. Not easy to chew.

I got the double cheeseburger with some deep fried mushrooms and a chocolate shake. I had to get the chocolate shake because they do not sell Coca-Cola products only Pepsi. The cheeseburger was pretty good and I really enjoyed the mushrooms. The store was fairly clean and the service staff was friendly and polite. Maybe next time when I go back I’ll try the pastrami.

Went to eat and had to clean my own table & ask for a rag to clean! Sat and ate fur close to an hour and not once did any staff member clean any tables! Left with 6 dirty tables with plates full of trash!! Is any on in charge?? Not impressed!!

Burger was great. Good sear, melty cheese, fresh toppings, toasted bun, solid seasoning, fast and friendly service.
They use Butterball frozen patties (I saw the box). It tastes fine, but they could easily take it to another level with fresh-ground, never-frozen beef.
Still giving it five stars because it’s honestly delicious as-is, but fresh patties would make it killer.

Food was delicious! Service was great. It was our first time there and the server was patient and helped us with our selection. The online rings were a little weird. They seemed old and maybe refried to try and warm them up. But the burgers were delicious and well definitely give the rings another try.

They were good, pretty big. I ordered two chorizo and egg burritos . But honestly they are always better when their homemade. I just happened to be getting off of an overnight shift and passing through orcutt on my way home and remembered they had big breakfast burritos. But honestly I feel like the cheese and the hash browns ruined it. I would have liked no cheese and just the chorizo and eggs and extra chorizo. With real cut up little potatoes
Overall if im ever in a hurry I would probably go back but order it again with no cheese, no hash browns, and request extra chorizo if possible.

OB has a very diverse menu including breakfast. I always go for the burgers. Amazing flavor from the high quality buns to the burger patties to the toppings. Zucchini fries are amazing as well as the shakes.
Can’t go wrong with this place no matter what time of day. FYI…at least for now the dining area closes early but drive through stays open late.

Why I am giving this location a 3 out of 5 stars.
I normally come here for breakfast and the employees on morning shift are always awesome. The service, their attitudes and all are superb. I’ve recommended this place to a good amount of people I know and Orcutt Burger does not disappoint.
Now today I stopped in during Dinner hours and let me just tell you the only one who were helpful was the lady who was working their at this time. An employee had charged me for a number 2 combo I did not asked for, when trying to get the issue corrected another employee approaches and says I wouldn’t be able to get a refund because the transaction has already been made. Now another employee with the unibrow tried to step in and resolve my issue. 1st of dude walked away from the register when the line was getting long. Literally just ditched the cash register to go assist at drive thru (though all he did was stand by the window with a cup as he watches his coworker work the other register). Sad excuse for a team member really. Anywho he tried to step in but failed at that. Now that wasn’t the only issue, the burger my wife ordered was the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger Lettuce, Tomatoes only. She got the burger there was no BBQ sauce, he’ll there weren’t even any sauce on the burger. We asked the employee who took our order if we could get BBQ and the whole time we ate there, no BBQ came our way. Then we waited for our shake and still that took long to obtained. Sigh… after addressing certain issues tonight, even the cooks kept looking our way. It’s funny how they were just talking shit in Spanish also. It’s all good though, I’ll only be coming here in the mornings where the folks give better service. And also thanks to the Lady tonight who helped fixed the issue.
