Once again another amazing experience at first watch! The food was very fresh, served hot and delicious, using the waitlist on the app means we get seated quickly and the service is outstanding!! They get busy but always make sure our order is accurate and the coffee keeps coming. We typically have special menu requests and love that even a chain Restaraunt can make changes as a catch kitchen! We will keep coming back!

Today I had the avocado toast with two poached eggs, one of my favorite breakfast dishes, I order it often at other restaurants. The avocado was fresh and delicious, but there were issues. First off, it was too small. I was starving when I finished. They used two standard pieces of toast. I suggest larger bread. Also, and perhaps the easiest thing to fix, the avocado was ice cold. I would hope the chef can keep a tub of avocado out at room temp for the breakfast service (or just start with a fresh avocado). Cold avocado on warm toast with eggs on top is not great. The waitress (Sophie) however was awesome.

Sean, our server was amazing. He did anything and everything we asked him. He went back to the kitchen four times for us ( which I know can be annoying, so I am so sorry and grateful for that ). My husband can not have tomatoes or onions, it gives him indigestion and instead of saying that’s just how it comes Sean explained to him not to worry he would ask the kitchen to not put those items in . The kitchen Chefs are on point as well !!! All we can say is THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!! Breakfast was extremely delicious and your employees are tremendous. This is so important to a company you should thank your employees because your customers definitely appreciate them. Normally, when we travel, we don’t have an experience like this. So take it as a compliment. Sean your company needs 1000 more servers like yourself. You make the world a better place you are extremely friendly singing, smiling you don’t get that much anymore. Employee of the month, a raise you deserve something!!!!!

I have been to First Watch restaurants, making me repeatedly come to this chain. But this time, it was a bit disappointing. Besides the half-empty restaurant, we were seated (sideways) facing the washroom. I don’t know how the two other customers agreed to sit immediately beside the washroom. It would have been nice to ask if we would prefer other seats, but it’s that time of the day; you want to get a healthy breakfast and get going. I absolutely loved their purple haze drink. I tried their triathlete egg liquid Omelette, I like the quantity of salad and the omelette (not seasoned well, look at the photos), bread is also okay. But overall, I would come to try the drinks. During the checkout, the minimum tip that machine suggests is 18% unless you want to type a custom amount.

First Watch always has really good food. First Watch always has really good service.
However, I cannot say that after visiting this venue on Sunday I can say that First Watch always has good management. That was not the case on Sunday when our waitress was verbally accosted by the general manager. Our waitress said that he called her
” ghetto ” just because the restaurant didn’t have enough staff during a busy day because he thought that she wasn’t doing a good job. I can tell you, our server, Camille did a great job. So did the remainder of the work staff that day. However, Camille broke into tears while serving us after what happened to her. Just because you have unreliable workers that may not have shown up for work yesterday on January 4, 2026 does not mean you need to take your personal frustration out on anyone that does show up for work and does a fine job while there working for you to make your store and possibly you look good.
In the future we will go to another First Watch. We do not want to eat in that type of unhealthy atmosphere! The general manager yesterday deserves ZERO STARS!
