Usually if your order is correct, that’s all you can hope for. BUT this employee, let me tell you, if he lived in our town, we would have taken him to work with us! We were there Sunday afternoon/evening 5/18/25 and it was CLEAN, the dude had pride in his job, was respectful to EVERYONE in there, and you KNOW there are some questionable characters that come by! He executed every part of his job flawlessly. Came back to check on us, was sweeping as people left, made sure everyone had what they needed. And if I’m not mistaken he just had the cook! Bottom line, the kid is gong places and he’s out there making his Mother proud! … the food was good too!

The El Diablo needs more spicy but definitely left me satisfied.
Friendly staff and the place was clean and tidy.
The men’s restroom smelled awful, but I didn’t visit that room for smells lol.

We were passing through Oklahoma on our road trip and stopped by here. This is my first time trying Carl’s Jr and I would like to compliment Garret on his amazing customer service! He helped my husband and I with what to choose, was very knowledgeable and kind. He even cared to ask how our meal was afterwards. Give this guy a raise!!

The crew member is too deep in thought, I guess, to help the customer. I asked to substitute and it was too bother to be able to do so. I’ve substituted at other locations in Oklahoma and Texas. She gave an attitude like it was too much of a bother to substitute a biscuit for the egg.

The gentleman at the window was very nice. He up sized my drink to large just because I had to wait 1 min on my tenders. I told him he didn’t have to do that he replied to me that customers should not have to wait for their food. He would make a great manager.

Dude was friendly and polite, but since I had to pull up he forgot the 4 sweet teas I ordered. 8 Miles away so I can’t just go grab them. Also, put some SAUCE on your western guys….. it’s drier than the Sahara.

The food is always really good! So let’s say that first and foremost.
Also the place was really clean! Although kitchen lighting did not seem to be all working.
They were way way way under staffed…2 people working the Saturday lunch shift. That is just sad scheduling (as the woman behind the counter pointed out) it was backed up and stayed backed up. I was the only person standing in line and was waiting for over 10 min to order. That is crazy.
The woman working behind the counter was not particularly kind and did not lead to a good customer service interaction. However to her credit it sounded like she had not gotten much sleep at all due to her work schedule and she was in an impossible seeming situation because they were the only 2 people to be scheduled for the lunch rush and the previous shift had not cleaned up well before change over. I asked her why they were so backed up, hence why I know this.
The bright side is that waiting so long let to the perfect burger tasting even better.
I probably wont be going back for a while though.

Just want to give a special shout out to Alicia at the Carl’s Jr on 23rd and Broadway she is an outstanding manager very good customer service she deserves a raise and you guys do everything you need to do to keep her cuz it’s hard to find good people like that!!! The way the employees are treated is actually sad.I was inside at the counter and heard most of it. There was 2 young gentlemen working there and she fired them for being “too slow”. They were so nice and their customer service was great much better than the manager. I called the store a few times and never get an answer. I will be reaching out to corporate. While talking with an employee at the counter I learned that most of the staff is her family and they didn’t get any real type of training either. Definitely won’t be going back because management here.
