The drive through experience is…well let’s just say, the people who take the orders in the drive through need to spend some time outside to understand how bad the conversation sounds to customers so they know to not rush and miss half the conversation when there is a lag between what comes out of their mouth, through their microphone and to the low quality spoaker system. They usually forget to add a spot for the walking taco, so be sure to ask for one as you cannot eat it without an utensil. . The staff of generally. friendly and the food is always hot

Food is great. The only problem I have is the customer service. The customer service at this location is extremely poor. Almost every time I go to this restaurant, one of the workers has the nastiest attitude. For example, I went to cook out with my mom a few weeks back and my mother was very kind to this young lady but the worker that went by the name of Kenyata did not speak at all when we came to the drive through my mother did greet her but she didn’t say anything back. Also, out of all of the times my mom thanked this young lady, she did not once say “You’re welcome” she was very unprofessional and rude. When my mother asked for sauce, instead of putting it in a bag like any normal person would, she took all 6 of the sauces and handed them directly to my mother, causing her to drop them and having to open the car door and pick them up. It was a very messy situation. At the end of all of this, she just closed the window in our faces without saying anything. We got this same young lady today at the drive through when we went, and she still had the same nasty attitude. Extremely unacceptable and unprofessional! Cookout, please do better on training your employees for customer service. Even though it is basic human decency to have manners, obviously some people weren’t ever taught that, so please put more effort into training the employees at this location because almost all of them have the same exact attitude. Thank you so much.

Got two wraps and a shake and ended up with one wrap and a shake. Shame on me I guesss cause now I need to check the bag every time. Cashier lady was sweet but failed to get my two wraps so that really sucks. Sonic is next door and so is Wendy’s, don’t waste your time and money.

I’m just going to start off by saying that the food is great every-time. I came in one night and I didn’t get my okra in the bag and I paid for it. I told the cashier upfront and she went to go get a lady in a black collared shirt. She was heavyset and had a long ponytail. She came and told me she definitely put the okra in the bag and had an attitude. I overheard her saying that I probably ate it and she definitely put it in there and everyone was laughing. Now I’m no stickler but it was rude and I feel like her attitude can be so much better.

Got off work and stopped by, got one thing which was a peanut butter fudge milkshake. While eating it saw something bright red in my milkshake. My milkshake is a white/brown, there’s nothing red in it. I took it out and I’m so grossed out right now. It looks like a bloody booger. Just IN MY MILKSHAKE. I’ve already taken a couple bites too before I uncovered it, I feel absolutely sick and nauseous. The staff was nice but getting off from a double, just wanting a milkshake, finding a bloody booger was just not it. Please look at your food before eating it, or find somewere else altogether!

I went there hungry, and left still hungry. I ordered 5 double burgers w) various toppings. My burger was to be with everything, vexceot mayo.
My burger only had meat and ketchup, mustard. I took it back to the cashier.
I waited 29-30 minutes. The rest of my group had finished their meals and I was still waiting. I even went up to the counter as a reminder. The cashiervsaud “sorry! I’m the only one here”.
I waited longer but then decided to leave. She was so busy, I couldn’t even get to tell her I would get it the ” next time”. We left, but I thought about going thru the drive thru, but it was backed up. I came home, disappointed, mouth watering, hunger pains. Y’all need to hire more help for a Saturday night, 7:30 pm after a Georgia football game!

Terrible food , tomato on my Blt was rancid , bacon was cold af. Chicken nuggets were supposed to be deep fried but were so soft they were either old or just plain old. Don’t ever go here.
