Came in at 11:20 for dinner after a long shift, server was very nice, super sweet – our food took a little while to come out so we were there till 12:20. First bite of my Mac n cheese and I pull out this long, dark, curly hair. (I am a pixie cut blonde and my boyfriend has short brown hair.) I almost threw up. Usually I’m not one to care too much. I just pick it out and eat. Things happen. But I literally almost got sick. I had already paid and tipped. My boyfriend’s pasta (same as my Mac n cheese) was cold. Our food took 30 minutes to come out and it was cold? I got a medium rare steak, fries, Mac n cheese and my boyfriend got the honey hot chicken tender pasta dish. (2 for $32). I am never one to complain, and like I said – our server was SUPER sweet – I tipped $15 on a $40 meal . She asked if I wanted the manager to come out and maybe comp it, and I say yes but I had already paid, before our food came out because I didn’t want them to have to wait on us for registers and stuff. So I asked for boxes. She brought them out, asked if she could do anything else, I said no, then we left. I’ll call in tomorrow and revise this review. This was our first time coming in a LONG time and it’s just so disappointing. Cold food, and a long hair in my mouth. Photos attached. Ew. Just ew.
Edit: The manager called and profusely apologized. We received a refund and offered a free meal whenever we were/if we were ever comfortable enough to go. Very pleased with the professionalism and help from the manager, Esther.

Atmosphere- 4 stars- very clean!! One of the nicest Applebees I have visited.
Service-5 stars- Jewel was our server and she was fantastic. Super friendly and very attentive.
Food- 4 stars- I got the Chicken Fajita Roll with fries and a cup of Chicken Tortilla Soup. Food came out fast and was really good. No complaints there. We also requested grilled chicken with Cajun seasoning which is not on the menu. They were happy to prepare this anyway. It was a quality piece of chicken and cooked perfectly. Would highly recommend this Applebees location!!

Chicken Won-Ton Tacos are my favorite thing at Applebee’s. They are sooooo good. You gotta try them. I was skeptical at first but now I am hooked. Love, love, love them❤️

Exceptional food & service. The French onion soup was the best I’d every tasted! It took a lil bit longer than usual but well worth the wait! Our waitress Jordan was top Notch and patient with us. And so helpful and sweet! This restaurant was one of the best I’ve been to in awhile. I absolutely loved it!!

The service was fast and INCORRECT!! The SECOND spinach dip looks like this!! The first one had no park’s the celery is not fit for plating and the quesadilla was not even blistered!!! DO BETTER!!! CORPORATE NEEDS TO CLEAN THIS UP THERE IS A NATIONAL STANDARD AND THIS STORE IS NIT IN THE BALLPARK LET ALONE THE GAME!!!

We had an awesome waiter! He was a young man very respectful. When I leave a tip I like to leave cash. So when I paid the bill I didint put the tip on it I am sure he thought we wasn’t going to get a tip yet he was still repectful, polite and took care of us. Seeing that I put couple more dollars with the tip. I hope the next time I go he is my waiter. The food was very good! Best “Applebee’s” i have eaten at!

I don’t care for it here. Service is not the best and doesn’t often come with a smile or much attentiveness when they are really busy. Portion sizes are small for the high prices you pay. My tomato basil soup was cold and the entire top was oil. It was not a full cup. Half the cup. When they reheated it, it boiled over and was even less in the cup and still oily. I didn’t bother to eat it. The $11 spinach dip barely let’s three ppl have two bites each and not enough chips. Entrees are small for the price.
