There were two managers on duty as I walked up to the counter. One was on the register, I guess those were her three children sitting at the table, I said excuse me and both female managers walked away. As if they were escaping their duties. They didn’t acknowledge me standing there. One young lady walked up and helped me. Her customer service was excellent!! The managers need to train more on their customer service skills. One bad apple can spoil the bunch and as you can see there are two managers that need better training!! I will NEVER go back to this restaurant again..and this was lunch time but no matter the time customer service should be practiced daily if you deal with the public.

We came through on Christmas Day. It was around 3:15 pm, I was having a DAY and all I wanted was fresh, extra salty, hot fries. They delivered. The lady was sweet as can be, food was ready quickly, and boy did they take my extra salty request seriously. 100/10 experience.

First time trying these strips && this was def a miss. I frequent this location so I’m very appalled at my order. Nonetheless I’m good on the strips. Not serving identical chicken strips is diabolical!! Not hot, dry, tough skin flat strips. The ones in the middle tasted horrible chewy though meat I can’t believe this was served to me as much as I spend money here. Fries were hot tea was just right.

Stopped there on long trek home for bathroom break and food. Urgent trip to bathroom first, didn’t check if there was an toilet paper first..called the store, said I was stuck in bathroom no toilet paper, they chuckled and 10 minutes later brought some..wasted so much time, no time for dinner..

The service I received tonight from crystal I believe that was her name was so unpleasant & distasteful… she was the rudest worker I’ve ever came in contact with . She didn’t want to do her job tonight for what ever reason . She came to the drive thru window & refused me service because she didn’t want to walk back to swipe my card for my bill the lady that was on the back window told me to pull forward without my card being processed which caused this unpleasant vist tonight I couldnt believe this woman actual told me she didn’t have to serve me because of that. I need corporate number & I will be visiting in the morning to talk to the head boss about this smh. Horrible customer service from this lady

Lousy workers can’t even make a Big Mac correctly. They handed me a Big Mac “sandwich” without any meat, just pickles, lettuce, Big Mac sauce and bread in the drive-thru. Disrespectful! GO OUT OF BUSINESS!

I’ve never had a positive experience here. No ice cream since before 2020. I went through the drive thru recently around 9:30 pm and the store was closed, but the back door was open and employees were visible. I ordered 2 big breakfast platters one Sunday and they were over $9 each! I went to a McDonald’s up in Duluth and the same big breakfast platter was $5! The Hapeville McDonalds won’t even substitute a round egg for the folded egg that comes in the big breakfast platter. They are cheaters, frauds and liars. Sub-par McDonald’s should close down. I don’t even know how the franchise owner can rip hard working people off. GO OUT OF BUSINESS.

Place order request extra sauce on Fish fillet had to return the sandwich for extra sauce and they never gave it to me on the sandwich. What they did was take the sauce from the top of the bun and put it on the bottom bun, So now it was extra dry. Terrible customer service for something I was charged extra for.
