Surprisingly can’t believe I’m saying this but we had a terrible experience eatting at this place on a Sunday for dad 80th birthday. Before you ask. We gave dad 100 options and he wanted it. So we went lol.
Upon arrival we were greeted right away with a friendly face and it was nice. The host and set us down on our table. And said our waitress will be with you shortly. Now remind you we went on a Sunday after church. So when we got there this place maybe had two other families in the building that was it. We waited about 20 minutes before a waitress came up to us and asked us what we wanted to drink. During those 20 minutes we noticed a couple things that were concerning but we ended up staying anyways. Like the torn seat they made us sit on. And look at all that fray coming up from the carpet. Most of the carpet looked warn. Which I get it. It is a restaurant that has a lot of traffic everyday pretty much all day so I know carpet gets like that. But it’s when it starts to fray and rip is when you should think about fixing it for the safety of your customers. So no one trips on it.
Now to the food… WOW. I can’t believe a cheeseburger went up to 16.99 (Deluxe) The classic 15.99 if I remembered correctly. I understand as well that prices do go up but just a little stiff for a cheeseburger with friess… The food came out and it was hot. Everything we had pretty much was sweet and saucy.
The food was okay. But the atmosphere was pretty much non-existing. The lighting was very dark and we saw our waiter maybe two times our hour there. Hopefully this place gets the carpet fix and prices go down.

We’d had a number of bad bad experiences here and came back here recently for the first time in years. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was ok. The decor is dated. The place needs a remodel. But the service set today’s meal apart. We are used to complete lack of attention here. Not today. Our servant did terrific job tending to our needs making sure that you were taken care of, even during a long meal with friends. We’re very grateful for the excellent service and that alone would make us want to come back.

Our server Ken was AWESOME super attentive. checked back often. Was playful with our little ones and made them smile. He made the experience a good one. We left happy and FULL. Best service I’ve had in a long time! We don’t go out to eat often so when we do we really appreciate a good waiter. We will be requesting him next time!

I wish I could give the service a 0. We set for almost 25 minutes before the waitress acknowledged us. My husband said we been waiting a while and her smart remark was well you should be ready to our than. Never came over to see if we needed refills or anything else just brought the check. Usually we have a good experience not this time. We are very disappointed.

With a few Applebee’s remaining, this is 1/2 locations I like to go with as a family. This location has always had good service and quality of food is good. Service has been very good each time we visit this location. The greeter is always pleasent and friendly. I can only speak from my own experience at this location. The wait staff has always been very friendly and on top of our drinks when we need a refill. I enjoy the no rush sevice, so that I can relax and enjoy time with my family. Just like all resturants prices have increased and menu have changed, but they still have the items that my kids like which is the Three Cheese Penne Pasta, the price has gone up and they did take it off the 2 for special which was a big bummer. We still enjoy coming here when affordable. We do take advantage of the 1/2 off appetizers from 2pm-6pm (depend on locations) them form 9pm until close. Food is usually same quality when we visit this loction. We enjoy the service and food. I recomment this location if you are in the area for a dine in experience. Depending on day and time the wait time can be long.

Received the best service! It was my brother, my child and myself. They made sure our food was on point, never let our drinks run dry, and we’re welcoming from start to finish. Even the manager came out and made sure we were having a good experience. Will definitely be returning!

Service was amazing. Food was fresh and tasty. Tried one of the new Halloween drinks and loved it. The waitress was very friendly and outgoing. Food came out quick and refills were at the table before the glass was empty.
The manager Emilio was great as well. He stopped by the table and made sure service was great. He was helpful with the staff and made sure service was speedy.
Great trip overall, will definitely be returning!

10/24/25 *Newsflash*
Previous issue was NEVER resolved so today I tried Applebees again. After waiting 6 minutes for my curbside order to be brought out, I realize that I paid for a large and kids frozen swirl drink and both drinks were the SAME EXACT SIZE!!! When I called the manager to just voice my complaint. I wanted NOTHING in return, he was NOT receiving of my feedback and tried to flip the script on me. When I asked for his name. He hung up the phone after saying he just started a few months ago! This is the same bad service! A management team that cannot receive criticism or fix issues they cause! Instead they blame the customer every time!
Had my husband call and they would not even let him speak. We had to our poor grandma call just to learn the managers name was Emilio!!!

Per the response and link submitted from Applebees, I completed the link, which advised someone would contact me within in the next 4 business days. That was on 12/23/24 and no one has called.

A refund was NEVER issued. I called the restaurant again and was placed on hold for over 5 minutes for a manager. I got Edith the kitchen manager again. Why do they keep sending the kitchen manager who doesn’t even know how to issue a refund. All she can do is take down my information!!! This is crazy and the worst service ever!! NO ONE AT THIS RESTAURANT IS TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR ANYTHING!!! I will not use your link, I will NEVER spend a dollar at this restaurant.
Ordered thru the Applebees app for delivery. Food arrived wrong. Called the store for a manager, placed on hold for 8 minutes. Hung up and called back and I spoke to the rudest manager I have ever encounter named Rob! He never apologized and he hung up on me. I called back and was passed around and eventually made to speak with the kitchen manager who issued a refund for my food. Thank you for your kindness Edith and the other staff collecting my information, but I will NEVER give this specific restaurant my business again!

Outstanding! We started with a huge plate of tasty nachos, they sure didn’t skimp on the toppings. Then we got the big meal deal, $9.99 for a bacon cheeseburger or a big cluckin’ chicken sandwich, both with unlimited fries and drinks.
Food was hot and fresh. It actually looked exactly like on the TV commercial! Both were moist and cooked just right.
Our waitress, Emma, did a terrific job. She was attentive without hovering.
