The restaurant was clean, service was good, and the food was good too. After a mishap with the order, the waitress quickly fixed it. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive.
Update: The food was great, Alana was very sweet, and the manager was kind and talked to multiple tables to see how we were doing. I changed my review to a full 5 stars.

Travis is the best server we’ve had in a long time. No pics of food but had 2 triple dippers. I didn’t plan on doing this review but he blew it out of the park!!! The food, service, and atmosphere was exceptional! Thank you!!

I was picking up a carry out order. Waited 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me and waited another 15 minutes for them to prepare my order. It was missing items, so another 5 minutes to get what I ordered. The kitchen was filled with a bunch of teens laughing and carrying on and there was no considerations for the people waiting in the carry out area. It was backed up to/around the door. There was a lack of urgency to service the customers. No one in charge.

Got my food to go. My wife’s entire order was cold as were my mashed potatoes. I was in the parking lot prior to my order. I order from 2 other restaurants nearby and never have a temperature issue. I guess you can’t order to go from this location unless you order a salad.

Worst order of Southwest egg rolls I have ever gotten from here. What happened!? Over fried on the outside, soggy on the inside and one of them didn’t even have filling, just a falling apart roll of fried grease. Extremely disappointed and can’t even eat them. They are that bad. Please compensate.

Chili’s is now engaging in false advertising. They claim their fajitas cost $19.99 but then require you to buy tortillas for an extra dollar. This means fajitas actually cost $20.99. They also charge you extra for putting the cheese in what they claim is a cheeseburger. If you are charging extra for the cheese, it is a hamburger. They are trying to hide their upcharges that you are required to purchase tortillas get the meal.
