Customer service is always the worst at this Mcdonald’s. The girl was so rude and didn’t even give me my order correctly. I ordered a 6pc Mcnugget happy meal for my toddler and they only gave me 4. I’m not paying almost 7 dollars for a 6 piece to receive 4. Did ask what condiments I needed for the other meal I bought. But, overall was rude I didn’t even get my receipt to report to HR. Because of having no receipt I couldn’t apply the store number to report how rude and careless their costumer service is. Do better and hire better staff. If they don’t like working in customer service then they should find a new job.

But the food processing company is what really brings McDonald’s quality to such a low standard to say nothing of the registers. I walked in this one nobody no customer waiting at the register two people standing in line at the self kiosk, ordering their food. What has America become?

Waited 8 mins for a happy meal for it to be all stale… wasn’t just a today thing, I typically always get my stuff stale and cold here but just don’t even care to go back because staff usually does not have the best attitude when taking your order.

Food wasn’t hot, especially the fries; tasted like they had been reheated. Burger wasn’t cooked fresh, as advertised. Temperature was warm, at best, like it had been in a warmer.
Employees couldn’t stop with their personal conversations to tend to the customers. Wait times were atrocious. Workers either need to be re-trained, or get serious about their craft.

You always know what to expect when you come to McDonald’s, some places are better than others.
My experience was ordering a Big Mac combo meal. Once my order was ready I walked outside to my car, I sat down and started to eat my food. Total time elapsed was less than 4 minutes. Big Mac wasn’t even warn, fries were only slightly warm. Combo meal is almost ten bucks. McDonald’s you need to improve this problem.

HORRIBLE food I asked for tomatoes and shredded lettuce. I didn’t say NO tarter sauce ♀️. The tomatoes where mushy and I was given the end piece with rind, plus they were between my fish which made them soggy. Lettuce was old and my coffee sat at the machine fixed with no lid for about 5
minutes . I could keep going about the service, wish I could do NO stars. Wasted money and time.

The moment I walked in, it smelled like someone peed on the floor. Several tables were unclean beyond the help of my wipes I keep in my purse. The only trash can is over flowing with trash, and I’ve seen two employees add to it, and no one changes the bag. Thank God my food was ready quickly. I couldn’t stay another minute. If I stop here again, I will choose wisely about ordering.
