I swear, every time I come here my order is messed up and something is wrong with the food. Did they drop these patties on the floor and just thrown a bunch of salt and pepper to mask that fact? No idea, but I’m glad I use Amex, canceling this bs order off my card and never coming here again

Don’t go to this location, it’s horrible!
Drive thru was poor communication, I got overcharged for the order.
My child wanted a 6 count nugget Happy Meal and it came with 5 fries in the fry holder and 5 nuggets.
Ordered a Oreo shamrock McFlurry to get a mini, I questioned the size when she handed it to me and then put it in a bigger cup, added a spritz of green mint and handed it to me, looked disgusting.
I’m always disappointed with this location and now that I’m reading all the bad reviews others are too. Where’s the management and care?!

Very poor interaction with manager this morning 12/11/25. Asked how much just a toy was now and they said I needed to drive back through. Waited in line again and asked and they said $4.95 for just the toy. I noticed it was rang ul as happy meal no food instead of “extra toy” as usual. Asked them to double check and manager came up with an attitude which intensified as things progressed and I tried to explain I’ve gotten just toy for over a decade and it always been $1 and intact they’ve often just given us one (wasn’t asking for that just explaining the harsh difference). When she continued to have a rude attitude I told her that I usually drive out of my way to avoid this location bc of how this particular McDonald’s always is. They often are yelling at eachother, long wait, out of stuff like today out of orange juice, and often rude. My son still laughs about the time we pulled up and just wanted a McFlurry “dat it” she said in an annoyed way. For some reason that was so funny to him. Then even more hilarious to him when they failed to mix the McFlurry like always and just put icecream in a top w topping on top.
Manager claims she has worked there over 20 years. She’s running a very poor operation and creating very bad work culture. When I let her know I’d probably let upper management know how she was and how things are there she said “go ahead”. A real life manager Karen, reverse uno situation here.
No I didn’t buy the $5 toy. I’ll come back and pay $6 for the happy meal that includes a toy but not going to this store. They never have the good toys anyway, it’s usually the generic McDonald’s ones there instead of the seasonal special bc they run out.
The fry oil is never changed enough and always has that old nasty taste.
Just drive by this one! Go across the street to Mia apa for REAL food and great service; try El Indio that just opened behind Publix, or if you really want McDonald’s go to the one further down the road.

Order taker on drive through speaker and at window one, was less than enthusiastic.
Arrived at window 2 was told to park in parking spot 2
Food was brought out by a pleasant young man, asked if bbq sauce was in bag, he told me to check and handed me the bag.
No bbq sauce, he ran inside and brought out 3.
The chicken tenders were too hot to eat and the quarter pounder with cheese was cold.

Took forever to order at the drive thru. Not because of a line, but because the cashier could be bothered to hang up her personal call while working. Wish I could get a job where personal socializing take presidence over actually doing what you’re paid to do. Might want to remind your managers what the job is, and get employee’s back to work.

Amy was INCREDIBLE & the crew! They had a horrible night and this was the best experience I ever had. Give this incredible worker and crew a RAISE. I came right before close (12/23) and they took CARE of me. I never eat McD’s but I will be BACK only because of this crew.

Wow.. Something’s messed up with the McDonald’s app.. Second time using my points they’ve tried to charge me at the window when I clearly show them the points have been taken from my account..

Just wondering why the money saving app shows the Cheeseburger bundle as being $7 MORE than what it shows on your drive thru sign? Isn’t the app supposed to be how we get deals? And yes, I double checked that it was for your store before taking a screenshot. I ordered in the app and my jaw dropped when I saw this.

For some reason this place was kept at a uncomfortably cold temperature, even for the time it took me to order and carry out. All the soda flavors were flat. Everyone’s sandwich tasted like gristle and had random clumps of pepper/ seasoning. No one was able to finish their sandwich. No one Manning the counter. Have to order from kiosk. Kiosk would not accept cashless payments. Instructed to bring receipt to counter, to pay, but would not print out receipt… An absolute mess. Haven’t tried McDonald’s for quite some time but this is clearly the worst one I’ve ever been to.
