Ordered online , took 15 minutes and the food was old and hard so it couldn’t be eaten and the tea in the lobby was from 9 hours earlier. I think maybe only 2 people are working but PLEASE make sure youre handing out fresh food. Now im out points I used on the chicken nuggets and the money I spent on fries. Don’t want to bother them remaking it.

Unfortunately Not the first review I’ve had to leave for this place. Always check your food before leaving.. definitely not the first time they’ve messed it up completely and we get all the way home and have to go back. But it’s also like they don’t wanna give you your size fries, we get a large and it looks like a smedium and you ask for extra ketchup they barely give you any.. And nobody working the front counter waited forever to be helped. Just getting rediculous at this McDonald’s.

This is a restaurant in a truck stop setting with a drive thru. I usually go thru the drive thru in which the service is mediocre depending on the order taker. One in particular is less than friendly. This time I went inside to order at the counter. A good experience this trip. Food and service were provided in a timely, friendly manner. I purchased a breakfast menu item. Always check coffee when getting sweetener. Sometimes it gets overlooked when they are doing it for the customer. All in all, a good experience this trip

This McDonald’s is one of the worse around poor service and attitude of employees. They throw the food together sloppy and you have to rebuild your sandwich after you get it. Rarely clean the tables.just going to culvers from now on. Better food and quality for the money employees are really nice and it’s cleaned very often.

The restaurant is within the Loves Truckstop.
The cashier was very helpful. There was a mistake with my order that he went above and beyond to correct. My food came out pretty quickly about 5 minutes.

Workers don’t care or even look at you. Food is tinier than the price. And they laugh at you when having a speech impediment.

I’m a truck driver and visit many McDonald’s locations inside Love’s truck stops, but today was truly a pleasant experience thanks to one outstanding employee. I believe his name was Justin. He impressed me with his friendly and professional attitude — constantly delivering drive-thru orders outside while still warmly assisting customers inside the store.
I had to place an order for a Happy Meal because I was looking for a specific toy, and luckily, I was able to get the one I wanted. His helpfulness and positive attitude made my visit even more enjoyable. Thank you, Justin, for making my stop here such a great experience!
